I would give 0 stars if I could. My second time using this facility. Each time the man( long hair) has been rude and sarcastic.
I let it go first time, thinking he might have a bad day. But now, and especially after reading other people's reviews, I'm realizing it's just how he is.
He sarcastically laughs at you, making you feel like an idiot and acting as he's the smartest person in the whole Universe.
Definitely the wrong person to work in customer service. Will avoid this place from now on. And you should too!

This is my go to place for all my shipping. They are super helpful with making sure everything is packed safely and appropriately. They take USPS, UPS and FedEx and are so much faster and easier to work with than going to the post office or individual shipping stores.

Very disrespectful ignorant individuals. I tried to pick up a package for my disabled sister. They would not release the package even though I had ID and the apartment address. If you are a minority stay the hell out of here! This would be the last place I would ever chose to go. Unfortunately UPS dropped the package off here.

Every time I go to this business, they are so aggressively rude. The other day I went to pick up a package from DHL and before I could get 2 words out, the grumpy clerk was demanding to know my mailbox number (I don't have one), and accused me of "missing" the delivery at my house (necessitating the pickup at this business). Neither were true, but I was made to feel as if I were an irritating bad person for daring to walk through the door. I will never return.
