This particular visit was wonderful, the staff were on point helping me, let alone being sweet and so cheerful and caring for their customers and the animals in their care. Not many large corporations have staff that give a care about the animals for sale, so this PetSmart has and always has been a breath of fresh air whenever I go in.

They also did a great job on my other girl’s teeth cleaning- she’s a blue pom/poodle cross and is quite tiny. she had terrible teeth that I am guilty of not noticing soon enough. a year later, still have nice clean teeth and gets to town on her bones again. Thank you Woodinville.

Inside the decor was so beautiful. We all felt like we were on vacation. The staff were friendly.
