So happy my dogs can be safe and taken care of at PPL. Beautiful location with substantial space indoors and out. Lots of fun things the puppers can do- playgroups, cuddle sessions and even swimming! My son even worked there this summer- I heard nothing but good comments from him- so the inside review is 5⭐️ too. Thanks from Shelby & Leia!

We've been boarding our dogs and cats with Paradise for over five years. Our cats also go in for regular grooming with Katrina, and one of our dogs goes to biweekly therapy swims with Katie. It's a bit of a haul for us to drive out there but this place is *100% worth it*. The staff, the level of care, the meticulous grounds--the pride of place and ownership is very obvious. The best part--and this is counterintuitive--is that they will say no when they are full. We actually love that, because it demonstrates true integrity, and they will not cram animals into spaces and promise enrichment activities when there is no space or staff available to do so. That said, book early! They fill up quick, and it's obvious why. Ask for a tour during their daily scheduled tour hours; they are fully transparent and very cheerfully will take you around their facilities.

First time vistor, dropped my two cats off for the weekend while we arrange our moving out. Will follow up once I pick them up. So far everyone was very nice and the "catios" seemed very well established and comfortable.
Long time to reply but they were amazing, cats were very well taken care of. Couldn't ask for more

We scheduled our 2 dogs in separate enclosures, however Paradise placed them in the same enclosure without our approval. They did not accept responsibility for the resulting dog fight, which ended up costing us over $500 in transportation and vet fees.

This place was recommended to us by a friend living in Queen Anne, shows how great they are! They're pricey but worth it. Their website makes it easy to request boarding. Only downside is sometimes the summer slots fill up quickly. Our 2 dogs love this place. I never hear any distressed barking whenever I drop them off or pick them up. Our puppy loves group play and our older dog loves his individual snuggle time. The report cards are great. If your pet needs medicine during their stay, they can administer it and they've never missed a dose in the 10+ times we've used them. Even during a family emergency, they called us concerned about not having enough pills and we were able to get them more and extend the stay with no problems.
