Went in with my mother for the first time and was greeted by the sweet, and very hospitable receptionist Gracie. It was my mother's first time to get a facial and she very much enjoyed the service. I had learned that Rachel, who did my mom's facial, stayed late in her shift just to accommodate my mom's appointment, which I greatly appreciate. I had an appointment with Donia for a sugaring service and I was very pleased with the results. I appreciate how much attention to detail she put into making sure she had gotten all the hairs off my body as well as making sure I was comfy and not feeling pain throughout the service. I have been serviced by Donia before at a different salon and heard she had started working at a new place so I thought I'd go check it out. I can say for sure Oasis medspa has really raised the bar for me on the spa experience haha! Overall would highly recommend coming in for a service!

If you are looking for a new salon look no further - I have just found my new stylist, Lisa, and I have literal tears of joy with the work she's done! She is a miracle worker, she takes her time but yet I was still in and out in 3 hours. She listened to me to make sure she understood what I was looking for, gave me a solid consultation, and talked me through each step as she went. She even took care with the cut to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and finished it with a red-carpet worthy blowout. I've been to many places over the years trying to find somewhere that does it right and isn't far away. I cannot remember the last time I've left an appointment and actually gotten what I wanted (bright blonde!). Thank you Lisa and the staff at Oasis - you guys are rock stars and now have a new client! My hair feels healthy, I feel beautiful, and I have already booked my next appointment.

Ryan at Oasis is awesome. He took great care of me. I haven't had a haircut/style I have liked this much in a long time. Even graciously welcomed me back a few days later when I had something I wanted to change. Very knowledgeable and professional.

This was my first time in the new location in the Schoolhouse District. It's a great space - really light and open - with lots of options available. I have been doing Brazilian blowouts for the past few years, but really wanted to get away from the chemicals. I decided to go to Oasis for a Kerasilk treatment and chose Ryan without any info about him. He did an AMAZING job! I highly recommend him, and I'll be going back for this service and others. He really listened to what I wanted- (and didn't want- he spent time with the application and blowout and the results are great. He's a super guy too. It's been a week since I had the treatment done and my hair is very manageable, shiny, and smooth. Thanks so much!!

Vivian is gone. She no longer works here. They sent an email offering 50% discount with another stylist due to the cancellations. My husband rescheduled his appointment and they told him they were not going to honor the 50% because the other person he scheduled with didn't want to honor the discount, which we were like fine because it's not the stylist fault but the business for offering something they couldn't honor. Then my husband get to the appointment and they told him the new stylist called sick, which is 100.% understandable, but they waited for him to get there to let him know.... Also it seems weird that when Vivian left and I had an appointment, they also told me she was sick ... I don't know ... I find it too coincidental... Vivian where did you go ?!

Service and staff were both great. The receptionists were both very friendly and helpful. Megan gives an excellent massage and my facial by Lani was incredible. Both highly recommended. Unfortunately, the new location lacks the soothing vibe and warmth of the old place. The new spot is too sterile and cold and the rooms are very small and crowded. Not nearly as comfortable.

A very enthusiastic 5 stars from me! I went in to Oasis last Saturday for a private sauna session on a cold, rainy Woodinville day. It was my first time at Oasis, and I could not be more pleased by almost all aspects of my experience. I didn't get either of the 2 people's names that were working there, but I arrived at around 4pm last Saturday for a 4:15pm private sauna session. I felt so excited for my sauna session. I haven't been into a sauna in years. Both Oasis employees were so bubbly, and they both seemed excited to welcome me to the Spa. The bright-red-haired employee took me back to the room where the sauna was, and explained the fairly simple process. I would have the sauna - and the entire small room that the sauna was located in - to myself for 30 minutes. If I overstayed the time, the employee would let me know. I had brought disposable spa slippers with me, just in case, but the floor next to the sauna, and the floor of the sauna, were both so sparkling clean that I felt comfortable going barefoot. The sauna itself was beautiful. I preferred not to have the infrared lights on, so the employee turned the infrared lights off for me. I think that the infrared lights speed up and enhance the heating and sweating process, and I didn't want that since it had been so long since I'd been in a sauna. I was, and still am, so happy about the Himalayan pink salt, though. This was my first time in a sauna with pink salt. There were small rocks in the sauna that may have been pink salt rocks (?), and there was a large part of the sauna's back wall that is inlaid with pink salt blocks. It felt so relaxing and refreshing to spend time in the sauna. Because I had the sauna all to myself, I opened the sauna door a few times during my session so that I would not overheat, so the temperature was always exactly right for me. The only very minor aspect of my experience that detracted from my pure bliss during and after my sauna session was that there is no clock or timer on the walls of the sauna room or in the sauna itself. I am punctual (unless for health reasons), but I need a clock to tell me what time it is since I really enjoy being in the moment and minutes (sometimes even hours) can fly by without my being aware of it. I did not feel comfortable taking my cell phone or my Android tablet (both of which have clocks, of course) into the sauna with me. I liked my sauna session so much, however, that I immediately purchased a cedar wood hourglass sand timer made specifically for saunas as soon as I got home. I am going to bring my sauna timer with me for my future sauna sessions. There will most likely be many future sauna sessions for me at Oasis. I'm so thankful that this experience is available so close to my home. Oasis is only about a 6 minute drive from my house, or about a 40 minute walk. I also noticed that this Spa has several Massage Therapy rooms. I briefly peered in to one of these rooms. It was a bit dark in there, but from what I could see, the Massage Therapy room appeared as sparkling clean as the Sauna Room. I didn't get to receive a Swedish Massage (or any other kind of massage) for the entire year of 2023, and I would love to change that this year. Oasis may be the place where I receive occasional Swedish Massages, as well! Lastly, I also noticed one yelp review for this Spa with a photo of an unnatural hair color. I've been wanting to get my hair dyed mint/sage/jade green this year. If I do so, it will be my first year of my entire life (I'm in my 40s now) that I have had an unnatural hair color. Why not?! Expect lots of updated reviews from me for Oasis. It is about to become my home away from home. A true Oasis indeed! I can't wait to return!

Super professional and very well-kept this spa is definitely a place to go. Keli is my girl and she knows what she's doing especially with regards to injectables! Keli is amazing and make sure to listens to what her clients wants and needs are. During the whole process Keli made sure to check in with me and make sure how I was doing and follow up with me. At the end she did take photos of before and after and she also sent them to me stitched together so that way I could see it before and after side-by-side. Keli also made sure to follow up with me days after just to make sure that I was healing appropriately and asked me if I had any other questions. I can't say it enough Keli is the girl you want to go!

Had a decent experience at their old location- at the new location, I mentioned to the hairdresser I worked with that I had used thinning scissors to take out some of the bulk myself. She said “don’t worry, I always make my clients pay for what they do at home.” My bangs were an inch long when I left, and I ended up paying over $400 for a pixie cut and partial highlight. If I had long hair, I can understand this pricing. I was in and out in an hour and a half, and ran to my car after to avoid being seen. The end result looked somewhere between Ace Ventura and Blanch Devereaux from the Golden Girls. Needless to say I won’t be returning, and I’m very sad about this experience because I prefer to support local businesses.

Not very welcoming service. I was coming in 3 times, and could not get information I asked for, no one contacted me (they promised to call back). Then I was trying to purchase a gift massage and all the slots I needed (they work only on Saturday during the weekends) were booked month ahead. And I was not offered any alternative, a waitlist if the slot is available just kind of “no slot, sorry”. Not the level of service one could expect. Oh well.
