I went to the Woodinville store to pick up an item that was on hold for me. The service was terrible and I felt like I was disturbing the two men behind the counter. One gentleman never looked up to even acknowledge that I was there. I then asked a question and the answer was “I don’t know.” Not “let me check” or “I’ll find out”, just a short “I don’t know.” The reason that I feel so strongly about this is because I recently visited the Napa store in Snohomish. If you want to be greeted with a “hello”, receive great service by people who care, take a short drive to the Napa store in Snohomish. You’ll be glad you did.

I can’t understand why it can’t be marked that they are closed on holidays, but on Google maps it is marked that they are open!! why should I waste my time because someone does not fulfill their duties and does not mark working hours????!!!

As always, great parts! Friendly helpful staff, with great explanations of choices of parts. I only buy parts for my vehicles at NAPA, as most repair shops do the same.

Called in today looking for 7/16 - 20 lug nuts. The older of the two guys on the counter told me they were only traceable by make and model of car.The car was a 61 Austin Healey with modified hubs so I couldn’t be certain that even if the Napa system had the car listed that they would work.His attitude was poor and unhelpful. I went onto the Napa website, typed in 7/16 - 20 lug nuts and was able to id them in less than one minute. Better training or recruiting needed I think.

When you find what you are looking for , the price are just on the paper. Not many stores has Amsoil products.
