As a military veteran, who served in the army for four years and deployed for 9 months, I am severely dissapointed at the business. It is run by an old white man with glasses, and I take it their daughter is helping them run the business.I was walking my dog and their "service animal" chased me and their dog in the street. And yet it was my fault that I had to do so and not have the dog chase me. The dog was not on a leash and bolted from their business.If you are a veteran, stay FAR FAR AWAY from here. Especially if you are a military member.I have reported them to animal control as well.Very unprofessional business

Incredible Mattress and Customer Service! Thanks Greg! - I bought a Miracle Mattress in May 2017. From the very first night my sleep has improved dramatically. I no longer wake up when rolling over, I sleep through the night. The mattress comfort question can only be answered in a word. Heaven. My back pain has reduced significantly. Like their high-priced competitor, you can select your perfect sleep number. The delivery went very smooth. Set up was very easy. Greg answered immediately when I did have a question. I am very happy with my experience, and my newfound deep sleep.

Had a really good experience here. I didn't know much about carpet, and the owner really took the time to walk us through everything. We were replacing the carpet in just one room, but he treated us like we were buying for the whole house. There are a lot of options, and we really appreciated that he honed in on what we were looking for and was only going to show us more if we wanted him to. It's a very small show room, but he has lots of samples. We took a few home and tested spilling wine and cleaning it up. The installers were on time, really professional and did a great job. I will return the next time another room needs new carpet.

This is a great place for high quality carpets and superior customer service. Greg is an expert and he goes the extra mile for his customers. He makes your needs feel most important. He is honest and an interesting person who gives you undivided attention. He adapts to your budget. His installer is also honest, reliable, and efficient. I am very happy with my carpet, and with the Miracle Carpet service. I highly recommend it to everyone. I am shocked to see some low reviews here provided without any explanation. Please consult all the positive reviews, as they are the most helpful and informative.

The owner, Greg, is a charitable and kind member of the Woodinville community. While I have not had a need to buy any carpet or mattress products yet, having worked with him on a community event I organize each year, I wouldn't hesitate to make a purchase if I have need for these things. I love the "Miracle Money" he offers - you get discounts if you can show proof of volunteering your time to a good cause. Awesome!

Greg simply has the best carpet for less money. The carpet I bought was better than anything I could find anywhere else and it was 60% of the cost of the next best thing from Home Depot (trust me, I checked dozens of flooring stores in King County). Greg is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The installers he works with take carpet seriously and fix what the previous installers get wrong. I've bought carpet from Greg for my last two homes and I will come to him the next time I need carpet. Greg is the sort of person you will want to do business with and you will want to do business with again.

I bought our new house carpet from Greg in 2012, and he arranged for the delivery and installer. We had over 2000 sf of carpet. Now, we bought some really good carpet - it is 2x as thick, dense, soft, and plush as others we were thinking of for less money. We have had it for 4 years now - my boy has gone through his 2's and 3's and 4's on this carpet, and we do not have a single stain. Everything comes off of it! This stuff is a joy to walk on, lay on, play on, and vacuum. If you talk to Greg, listen to the differences in the way his carpet is made versus the others. He gave us so many details that have come true. When we installed it and used the vacuum, there weren't any ends that broke off and filled the bag - none. Other new carpets shed for months as the fibers break off where they try to make it feel soft. You honestly get what you pay for, but carpet is expensive to replace. Want to talk about compliments? People love our carpet - we refer all of our friends there before they make a huge mistake. His installer is a guy he knows - you can use him or not...he's not a subcontractor like the other stores use. Anyway, we went back and bought an inflatable foam bed from Greg a year later...it is great also. He can make it how you like it. The pump stopped working after a year - it shorted out - and he replaced it in 2 days! Worked for over 2 years now without a problem. We are building a new house again, and, you bet we are going back to Greg...he told us that the price of our beloved carpet actually dropped, and he is passing the savings on to us rather than keeping it! He has discounts for cash, and takes my call everytime I call him - I shop locally when I can for that reason. His shop is an asset to Woodinville.

A good place to buy carpets. Buying from Greg was a great experience I learned a lot about the value of the product and labor is actually worth. The installer he recommended also installed everything nice and tight. Thanks again I will return!
