He explained what transition glasses were good for and put it in a why that related to me, like if I wanted to read a book outside it would be good to have and what polarization is really good for vs what people think. I walked out of the store happy with my purchase and the information received. Samuel Friesen helped me see if the sunglasses I wanted came in polar format and checked me out for those. “I absolutely love this store. They have tons of pop culture merchandise. They are sisters with Hot Topic so have similar stuff but honestly usually their stuff is better. One employee, Masa, is always super friendly and helpful. You can tell he's passionate about the merchandise - or at least about Disney and I appreciate that. The blue haired manager is less nice - usually has a look of annoyance on her face but will still help you occasionally.”

When calling this location you’re forwarded to a general operator. I was told I’d be receiving a call back but that didn’t happen. I had to call again to have my question answered. As always this location is aesthetically pleasing. Staff can be a little stuffy but that’s understandable.”

“Actually really like GAP jeans and didn't even know it since I revisited. I didn't go home with a pair because my weight is fluctuating too much at the time to commit to a size but cute styles and good quality., it seems like they are always having some kind of sale. But the real reason I came on here was to complement the employee that was working today (night closing shift for her) I don't remember her name but she has long blond hair. She is very friendly and seems to really care. I usually can't stand being bothered by sales people when I shop because I like to take my time b7t she didn't bother me at all and it was quite pleasant talking with her. She was also training and she seemed very sweet and helpful to her trainee. Great employee you have there GAP and I never write reviews but I came on yelp just for her. Hopefully she gets some credit!”

“During my visit to U Village, I decided to explore this store for the first time. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the store's layout was both well-organized and aesthetically pleasing. Intrigued by the softness of the materials, I couldn't resist trying out a few items.I ended up ordering some joggers, which happened to be the softest I've ever experienced. However, I had to return them due to the thin material clinging to my curves which was not flattering. Perhaps not the best fit for me, but I'll consider trying something else in the future. The return process was hassle-free, highlighting the store's excellent customer service.In summary, a fantastic store with quality items and outstanding customer service. “I love coming in to this store. Lots of fun designer brands and well made clothing brands focused on adult men and women, not teens or 20's. You have to be "sample size," so generally Small and Medium, and some Large sizes. Shoes are limited generally to Size 7 for women. They have both Men and Womens wear, and carry quite a lot of accessories. There is a very significant savings from manufacturers suggested pricing, so I always walk out having spent several hundred dollars on clothing because it's a good deal and high quality garments.”

“As I was planning my wedding, I decided I wanted to wear a cream suit for the reception instead of my dress. I tried to find something that would suit me off the rack, but I just couldn't find anything. Even then, I struggled to find a custom tailor who was willing to do women's cuts. I finally found Kurt, and I'm so glad I did. He was easy to schedule with and listened to what I wanted while also providing realistic feedback regarding fabrics and how things would turn out. During measurements, he was direct about what he needed to get while also being respectful and mindful of boundaries. The suit arrived, was tweaked, and was finished with plenty of time before my wedding. Honestly, it became one of the wedding to-do list items that I worried the LEAST about. I got so many compliments on my custom suit at my wedding and felt like an absolute rockstar. I can't thank Kurt enough for helping me achieve my vision. Ladies, look no further! This man can do bridal!”
