“Ordering a hat online is challenging. David Morgan made the experience a pleasure. My original order came quickly and was a beautiful hat. Unfortunately the size I chose was too large. I called the store and an associate spent almost a half hour discussing sizing, and the return process with me. I shipped the hat back and the day David Morgan received my return they had its (smaller) replacement back inroute to me. Fantastic customer service -- And an amazing product. Bravo!”

“Shhh, this place is a secret. Love the fact that they have lots of samples in size M. They also play some of my favorite music, which the over 50 crowd might appreciate. Friendly folks, great buys. I stop by whenever I’m in the area.”
“It was 4pm on a Sunday and my boyfriend realized the suit he had did not fit and was in desperate need of something for the following day. We walked in and happened to find an absolutely amazing suit that retailed for over $1k on the clearance rack that fit perfectly. The older gentleman working that afternoon was extremely helpful, he had the pants hemmed to the perfect length within an hour of purchasing them (sorry I didn't get his name!).

“I absolutely love this store. They have tons of pop culture merchandise. They are sisters with Hot Topic so have similar stuff but honestly usually their stuff is better. One employee, Masa, is always super friendly and helpful. You can tell he's passionate about the merchandise - or at least about Disney and I appreciate that. The blue haired manager is less nice - usually has a look of annoyance on her face but will still help you occasionally.”
“Caleb is the best freaking sales associate I’ve ever met. The amount of time he gave me and my group of friends to shop, without disturbing us, giving us ideas and different bag types out of the ones we like. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at a designer store and I put Caleb responsible for that. 10/10”

“During my visit to U Village, I decided to explore this store for the first time. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the store's layout was both well-organized and aesthetically pleasing. Intrigued by the softness of the materials, I couldn't resist trying out a few items.I ended up ordering some joggers, which happened to be the softest I've ever experienced. However, I had to return them due to the thin material clinging to my curves which was not flattering. Perhaps not the best fit for me, but I'll consider trying something else in the future. The return process was hassle-free, highlighting the store's excellent customer service.In summary, a fantastic store with quality items and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended for those in search of athleisure clothing.”

“Management has gotten a lot better. Was in recently looking for a gift & was expecting to be ignored like a was the last time i had gone in. But Mimi (I believe she’s a manager), Jayden & Jacob were very helpful & were even joking around with me glad i gave this location a second chance. The last time i had gone in i believe she was a manager she had split hair white & black & she was extremely rude. I needed help getting something up high & the lady “Bunny” i believe her name tag said was preoccupied talking to another employee. The other lady had a short colorful pixie believe her name tag said “Sam” looked bothered when I interrupted their conversation. Glad those 2 werent there when i went this last time both have horrible customer service skills.”

“Anyone having issues with gift cards? This store issues old fashioned hard plastic rather an Electronic gift cards. This local branch won’t cancel a mislaid one, even though it can track to original transaction and seemingly can tell whether it has been used.”
