“10/10 services and techniques. I am a person who has difficulty in having blood drawn because my blood vessels are very thin. The nurse carefully searched for it first, and after not finding it, she made a warm pack to warm my hands for a few minutes, and then successfully drew blood in one go. The whole process was very careful, cautious, and professional. And I needed the blood sample to be frozen and shipped, and they took care of it all. I highly recommend it.”

“The service is excellent, no queues, the test was done quickly and professionally. The only problem I had was finding the right front door. The office is located next to Guild Mortgage inside the building and there is no clear indication that the Pacific Vascular office is there.”

“I got my NIPT test (Panorama) at Natera when I was 10 weeks pregnant, everything went well, and the nurse there was really helpful. It was walk-in, the nurse confirmed with me regarding the payment type, I told her my insurance doesn’t cover so I will do self-pay. The nurse acknowledged that and told me how to make the payment $250 online. I think they’ve improved their payment system, and so far I don’t have any problem with that. The result came out faster than I expected. I took the test on Wednesday afternoon and got the result on the following Tuesday evening. Highly recommend!”

“We pulled up a little late but were greeted quickly by someone. Claudette was extremely helpful and talked us through the process. She was super sweet and smiley! The positive attitude really makes a big difference!”

“Great service & was taking patients until 5:30 on the Wednesday I went. They were out of Coban self adhering wrap, which I typically need for my allergy to the white tape's adhesive, but they did have latex free Curad (or maybe Nexcare? They both make hypoallergenic bandaids that I buy myself), which worked just as well post draw.Only other thing I would bring up is the women's bathroom nearest the lab has a only one non-handicapped stall & it is extremely compact as far as the length. So much so it's hard to move around with the door closed unless the occupant is a child. I'm 5'8", with a long waist, & I was worried about getting stuck in there. Due to ADHD perhaps, I couldn't properly tell how compressed the stall was before getting in, but in case others might be chosing to risk the non-handicapped stall,to leave it open for those that need it or due to it being occupied, you might want to avoid using the little stall.”

“Yes, this place is understaffed. It is a one person location. She is extremely busy.HOWEVER, I always come here and choose to wait because she is one of the best phlebotomist in the area. I have terrible veins and she is so good at finding my veins and it goes so smoothly. I would recommend this place to anybody with difficult veins.”

“I had a great experience here! The phlebotomist was professional as well as personable. Although I realize some days are busier than others, today, there was no wait time at all. So maybe I was lucky. Even so, the location is so convenient that I could have done some grocery shopping while waiting.”

“My boyfriend has been having some heart palpitations, we went to the Urgent Care (see previous review!) on Valentines Day to get things checked. Not known causes or results so today, we are currently still here at this location. The wait was a bit long but as it is with hospitals, I've waited a few hours before and they brought us back around 1 hour and 45 minutes after arriving. Which to me is amazing, still lengthy but not complaining for how lovely the staff is here.Lexie, Jenifer, MsH. olmes & Taylor were amazing! They really uplifted the mood and kept things very steady. Didn't have any issues, didn't have to wait too long either. Also nothing too severe upon the situation which was good news to hear. The process was easy to follow and the steps were easy to handle as well. The staff made the experience easier and better to handle. I'll be coming here for care in the future for myself and my friends/family members!Sure hospital times are a few hours to be here but it's worth it.”

“Evergreen Redmond and Kirkland has the best doctors, PAs, nurses, Xray techs, whole staff! People who listen to you. Care about your well being and are happy people. If you want to see real misery, Swedish in Seattle repeatedly is the worst. They outsource their doctors. They make you wait 8hrs+ to days in the ER.Evergreen ER recently, I took in my visiting mom and they saw her within 5 minutes and took care of her with golden gloves. The bad reviews seem to be about billing. It’s 2023/2024 where the healthcare system and they are also understaffed. Everything has gone up. It doesn’t mean it’s their fault.Swedish Cherry Hill ER made me wait 8 hours for a dislocated elbow lying doctor was coming from First Hill, when in fact he was an outsourced on call person who asked me “so where are you really from?” Instead of setting the bones first, which he was inept at after 5 doctors and techs tried to. I did not want Dr. Jimmy Daruwalla of Hand Surgery to touch me so I lifted up my arm and set it myself.then the xray tech bent my arm and popped it out with no apology and disappeared.you will never get that kind of ineptitude at Evergreen!”

“I used to dread calling these guys for advise or appointments. I dont know what they changed, but I recently tested positive for Covid and I called them and someone answered within a minute of the call and they referred me to a nurse hotline and the nursed called me back within a few minutes. They have really upped their game and really improved there response and service from what it used to be!!!!”

“I have been a patient at Lakeshore for some forty-plus years, and have enjoyed excellent care. I have had my care managed by a succession of excellent, conscientious and skilled physicians, including my current physician, Dr. Salil Mathur. I have found the nursing and lab staff to be friendly, considerate and highly competent. When I've had need to discuss matters with office staff, they too have been responsive and helpful, including the reception staff.”

“Had a great experience. The front desk person was super friendly and helped me out even though it was busy on a Saturday morning. She was able to print my paperwork after I had left it at home. Shawna drew my blood and it didn't hurt at all! I have had many blood draws before and Shawna was amazing. Definitely go out of your way to come here.”

“After years of TERRIBLE blood draws where people just dig around in my arms for 20 min, it was a sigh of relief to have like a 1 minute blood draw: easy, painless, stress free. Thanks Lena!!!! Best blood draw experience I’ve ever had.”
