A few weeks back I purchased two pillows at the Woodinville Washington location. The pillows arrived at our home about a week later through a delivery service. I put a pillow case on the pillows and slept on them for a 3 days. They caused severe neck pain and realized I could not keep them. When I returned them to the store I was told I was unable to return them due to store policy. I asked to speak to the manager, who was not available. I left my number along with a copy of the invoice. I have subsequently called a number of times and left messages for a response. I have received no follow up call two weeks later.

We had a fantastic time shopping (and buying) at Mattress Firm in Woodinville. Jerry listened to what we wanted, was very knowledgeable about all the different types of mattresses, and was very low-pressure. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end, and I’d highly recommend this location whether you know exactly what you want or are just “kicking tires,” and want to learn about all the options.
