The store manager, Thad, offered us absolutely incredible help and insight on every question we had. He was very upfront about costs versus quality and also their policies. He was very patient since we kept trying to decide on the best mattress and at the end he gave us a really great deal on a item we took off the floor model. Thank you so much Thad. Update 8/29/24: Once again, it was a great experience! This is the best place for a smooth buying experience. At this point, we have purchased every mattress in our house here and would recommend it to anyone.
It was the easiest mattress-buying experience ever! Thad was super knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. They had exactly what we needed, so there was no hassle.
