I did not have an appt yet Kevin went out of his way to figure out what was causing the awful squeak and rubbing sound coming for my tire. I can’t thank him enough for removing the culprit (stone) at no charge. This is my second experience at Long’s. Highly recommend!

The manager, Kevin, is a no- non sense guy, very practical and down to Earth. First time at Long's shop and I am satisfied with their service. I'll be eventually back for any other car issue.
