“We used AAA Kartak for whoe house custom closet and garage storage as well as bathroom frame shower enclosure in our newly constructed house. The recommendation came from the builder, and we are happy with the work and service provided. The people who worked on our project were experienced and amicable. The business took great diligence to avoid rework/mistakes, and were reasonable in time to complete the project as well as were wallet friendly. They proritized what they could as soon as they received the components and parts needed. I will recommend them for custom closet as well as shower enclosures.”
“If you enter the mall from the 2nd floor garage by 100th Ave/Pandora store, hang right and you'll find this gem.If you like your oil and vinegar with a little pizaz, you'll love this little shop.Brandon is knowledgeable & makes good blend recommendations, and patiently let us sample different ones before making our selection.There's some pretty cool tools like an herb stripper & pizza or pasta kits. There were also some herb and oil body products that looked like great gifts.A medium size bottle or oil or vinegar is $24 (worth it), so expect to drop some serious coin if you're stocking up.We'll return!”

“If you want cheap and good enough, go to Home Despot. If you want beautiful and stylish, this is the place. Think of the Kohler store as the Garanimals of bathroom accessories...there are many design style groups and the designs match within that group so you cannot go wrong by picking all the items in the same design style group. This is my second bathroom remodel using the Kohler store. I'm paying a premium by buying here but I'd rather pay a little extra for something nicer that I'll enjoy for many years.”
“I was looking to have laminate flooring installed in my condo recently. There were so many choices of where to go to purchase it that it was almost overwhelming. While visiting the Home Show I talked with a representative of Great Floors. Based on that experience I went to the Great Floors in Lynnwood to see what they could do for me. My experience was great from beginning to end. The salesperson, Cathy, was knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. She was integral in helping me decide on the product and color. She then came out to my place and measured the space, quickly sent an estimate and helped schedule the work. When the installers came - on time! - they were very professional and hard working. Throughout the install they were attentive to keeping the space as clean as possible. They were very efficient and completed the whole job within 2 days. My overall experience with this company from beginning to end was nothing but outstanding. They provided wonderful customer service, did not try to up sell me on something I didn't want and were able to complete the job quickly. When I need to replace the carpets in my bedroom, I will be using them again. I wholeheartedly recommend this store - they were great!!”

“We ordered the Oslo Open Dining Table and it was too small for our space so I called RH to swap for the larger option and they immediately assisted! Game changer! The customer service is IMPECCABLE! Lori helped me greatly by communicating between the customer service of the manufacturer and me. Eventually, the broken parts were mailed to me and I was able to fix the problem successfully.”

“The sales associates at this location of Crate and Barrel are very nice and helpful but I bought a large food processor last week from this store, which they brought one for me in the box from the back. I assumed it would be an unopened one, until I got home and found otherwise. I believe I was sold a returned item which was missing its booklet at minimum.Tired and disappointed (after hauling a heavy box to my car across the mall) I called the store hoping for a solution that would be possible without having me to go back to the store. I was hoping they would email me a return shipping label and ship me a replacement item while I ship the open box item from a nearby UPS or Fedex back to their wear house, but they said I had to go back to the shop to do the exchange.I did so and I am still waiting for the replacement Item to arrive to me since they did not have another one in the store.”
