Went to this place (the one by PCC) to get gas, and the pump said error on the screen.
So I told the attendant about it, and I explained that the screen said it was errored. He said no, it was working and to go ahead and use it, so I tried, and of course, it didn't work. I told him again, and he said no, it was working, and I didn't push the pump handle in enough. So, giving him the benefit of the doubt, I tried again. Low and behold, it didn't work. Go figure.
What a complete waste of time. Why go to a gas station and be told you don't know what you are doing, even when I clearly explained that the screen said error!!!
I will avoid this place in the future!

So the sign says save $0.10 a gallon when you get a car wash but then it charges you more for the car wash through the pump than it would if you just pulled up to the car wash. That's pretty dishonest, not cool. And given that there's now competition across the street, you would think it's not a terribly good business practice.

If you want unfriendly customer service, this is the place to go!
I went in one morning to stock up on snacks for work, super friendly trying to make small talk with the cashier, and she wouldn't not only respond, she has a scowl on her face the entire time.
Well, I guess I'm going to be stopping at the Chevron across the street from here on out, since they actually say hello back at me, rather than just staring at me with a scowl and ignoring any questions i have. (8:20ish AM)

I am a regular customer at this food store, and today this morning an ugly black lady. She discriminate me because I am a Latino. I get my tacos and bread and when I come to pay the cashier told me if I hide stuff in my back pack, I told her do you think I am stilling, I have money to pay my stuff, check your cameras and she respond yes I will check you are Mexican. Yes I am a Mexican and that is no reason to discriminate people only because they are Mexican. Is wy I give to the store zero stars and the black lady has zero customer service

I love going to the Tukwila Jacksons Gas station. The staff and managers are so friendly. I mainly went to get gas today but I always loved their handmade pizzas. I politely asked the manager if they had any To-Go Pizzas ready today but she looked at me with with a caring look and said "Would you like us to make you a pizza of choice now because we would be more than happy to help you with that request" I told her if its no trouble, I would love that so much. The atmosphere looked and smelled really clean as I was patiently waiting for the pizza being prepped. With so much appreciation I had I thanked the whole staff. even looking inside it was a beautiful sausage pizza with just the right amount of cheese and topping. It made my afternoon so much coming home for lunch ready to watch a movie and eat this delicious pizza. Thank you all so much. Im so grateful theres caring and outgoing staff like the Tukwila Jacksons to really make a customers day with the little things in life like this! You really are all amazing and I deff would recommend this gas station to anyone

Stopped here to cash in a couple scratch tickets and buy a vape to replace the one I lost on a cruise ship. The cashier was incredibly rude and he rang the vape up for $27.49. When I pointed out the sign said it was 9.99 he said not any more the sale is over. Another clerk tried to say something and he just ripped the sign down and said "nope, it's $37 now". It appeared that he just made up a price and couldn't even remember what he charged. While we were waiting outside for our Lyft, another customer stopped to comment on how he's always so rude to everybody and she's going to quit going there because it makes her so uncomfortable.

Always clean. Great soda pop fountain mix. Hot food delicious. As a ridesharer driver I rely on clean restrooms. I appreciate this station immensely.

Guy here is rude. And for some reason billers here don't ask if we need a receipt or not. By default they assume that we don't need. I hope when transactions are posted on card , they don't just increase the amount. Prices are little higher as well. 24 packs water for $5 and if you buy 2 quantity then it's for $7. That math doesn't seems to be very right.

Smaller store. Convienent for getting in and out at peak traffic times.
