Almost a year ago I shredded my Mercedes drive shaft on the way into work and didn't believe I would make it to my usual shop in Kirkland. I pulled into German AutoHaus as I had previously taken cars here and it was closer to my office in Woodinville. Ilya helped me get the car in the garage, diagnosed the problem quickly and had a new drive shaft ordered for delivery within a day. Two days later I was able to drive away in what felt like a new car. Great shop, awesome service and quick turn around! So much so I'm coming back a year later to thank them for a job well done with a review!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my car in to get an aftermarket steering wheel installed. Halfway through the job they said they couldn't do it and basically half assed the job and still charged me $260. Going there to pick up my car up, the guy said "there's no one in Washington that could do this job" which was a pretty ignorant comment since the person I bought it from said it was an easy job and same with the next shop that i went to. After getting it installed by another shop they informed me that the previous shop had put the wheel on incorrectly and it was one tooth from being centered causing the car to drift to the right. Pretty much got scammed. If you cant do the damn job then don't accept it.

Took my BMW X7 for brakes service.Ilya was very nice and honest. He serviced my brakes/sensors and reset the warning light in less than an hour. Definitely recommend.

Amazing shop with even better customer service! Brought in my BMW to get the door lock actuator replaced since my driver door couldn’t open and these guys got the job done in a few hours! A trustworthy establishment and I will be bringing my vehicle in for future service.

Ilya and Dima are a pleasure to work with. They fixed a botched turbo upgrade job that another shop did, and got my 600LT back up and running great! 2021 Audi r8 normal service. They did a great job, very prompt and great customer service. Very clean and organized shop. Great communication.Update, second service today July 8th. Everything went great like normal. These guys are great to work with ie very professional, prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, and they work on r8s every day! More affordable then the dealership for sure and a thousand times more competent! When it comes time for mods these guys are in the top two of my choices.

I cannot reccommend Ilya and his team at German Autohaus highly enough. A week ago I came to them with my Lamborghini huracan that had just gotten a service quote for over $10,000 before labor, likely over $12k total from the lamborghini dealership. German Autohaus diagnosed the small electrical problem properly and fixed my car the right way the first time. During the week they had the car they were in constant communication, I was never wondering what was going on with my baby. Oh, and it was done for less than 20% of what the dealer quoted. Today I picked up my car and they took the time to show me everything was working properly before I left. Great experience. I will be a regular customer.
