Eastside is a fantastic local business that provides professional ski services with friendly and helpful staff. When I needed a quick turnaround on new binding mounting this season, Eastside was super responsive and worked with me to ensure my gear was ready to go. Will definitely return here in the future.

I recently visited Eastside Ski & Sport in Totem Lake and I highly recommend visiting! The staff was super friendly and I felt heard when I had questions and concerns. The shop just opened up and looks fantastic! If you are looking for a shop that has quality products and customer service this is the place to go. I will definitely be bringing my friends and family for rentals or any of my ski/bike needs!

I don’t recommend renting here. I rented seasonal snowboard here. The price is low but the quality is also very low. The board and the boots are like 5 or more years old and barely maintained. The boot Boa cable and the system was broken at my 7th time snowboarding. The manager said they couldn't repair it and charged me $150 for this extremely old boot. This is sufficient for a new pair of great boots. The manager said she saw this happen all the time. It made me feel like this is how they make profit from rentals. Attached image of the snowboard. Check it by yourself and decide if you still want to rent here. I will definitely avoid them.

Seasonal ski rental equipment is all beat up, they charge to switch ski length even though their Microsoft shop said they wouldn't and then tried to charge me $20 to adjust the ski binding length, which in case you dont know is just lifting a tab and moving it.... If I didnt know better I would have been scammed.

It's a nice store and we always get rental ski for my Son here..... good ski and friendly staff. We always rent for season but they have daily rental options also. If you looking for skiing this is a must go place where you get all the information ( like how much snow it's had been in mountains ) and stuff like jackets , gloves , helmet. Other stuffs like ski helmet , gloves are bit pricey compared to other stores . Plenty of parking you have

I had bought my bike from the Redmond Microsoft campus and these guys were really helpful to claim my Shimano shifter warranty. Bike technician Jim is a great guy and they even opened to store to fix my bike on their holiday. They didn't try to unnecessarily sell parts and just replaced what was needed. Highly recommended for buying and servicing the bike.

They are so great here! The staff at Eastside are friendly pros that will give you excellent advice without being pushy or condescending. They tuned up skis, bindings, and fit my family for boots and it was the best ski shop experience we've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been coming here for years to rent snowboards and boots. I love it every time. The staff are super helpful and kind and I’ve always left satisfied. Nathaniel was very helpful to us the last time we were here to buy snowboard boots.
