I have been going to Dep Nails and Spa consistently for about 5 months now and I have never once left disappointed. I’m very specific about my nails and often come in with detailed designs, and yet they always kill it. The retention is so strong too, i’ve had sets last me up to three weeks. Not to mention if anything gets messed up, like they get chipped or one acrylic falls off, they are super kind and offer to fix it free of charge!

Had an appointment for three pedicures on a Sunday morning. Pros: they were polite and the owner was very friendly. It was less expensive than other salons - $36 for scrub, massage, and nails done. Cons: There were eventually 10 customers and 4 employees. The water got cold and our pedicures weren't done at the same time, so one of us had to sit and wait for two of us to be finished. Every customer was accepted, and all of us got poor work done because staff had to stop for long periods of time to work on others. My nail polish was poor quality and you can see through every swipe. The short massage was not a lotion, but an oil, leaving my legs oily all day.

Thank you for your reply. I did mention the pain - right away - on the first nail. I wish he had offered and switched services - one: because of the exorbitant price that I was not informed of and two: because of the extreme pain. All I wanted was a fake set of nails - basic acrylic - not the fancy new thing, especially at that price - way too high and such an extreme jump in pricing. Not worth it at all. That is why I'm dissatisfied. I was not given an option of choices mentioning price and I was NOT listened to when the new fancy procedure was extremely painful.

Literally the best nail place I've ever been to. And I'm VERY PICKY! The pedicures and manicures are perfection. They do excellent massage, don't make your cuticles bleed, actually clean the nails and make them look so beautiful. They also make sure to scrub all the dead skin off not only your feet but also your legs. I will never go anywhere else but here, again, I can't stress enough how picky I am and how much I love this place. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Love you guys!

I've been going to this salon for about a year now. Every single time I get the best service and my nails last a very long time. With so many nails salons in the area it's difficult to stand out, but this place really shines in their service and attention to detail. Chloe and Anne are super helpful with decisions and suggestions and they really put care in their work. I mean, look how beautiful my Christmas nails look! I'm obsessed with them.

This is the best nail salon I’ve been to. The service is incredible and they stand out compared to other salons I’ve been to. They’ve so kind, genuine, thoughtful and were extra sweet to my 2 year old who also got her nails done. They offered us water bottles and gave my two year old some treats. I was super impressed and will definitely be going back. Love the way my nails turned out, they’re all around amazing!!

I’ve been to multiple nail salons in the area and Dep Nails is the first salon where I am consistently impressed and happy with the outcome. The workers are kind, thoughtful and funny and Chloe is AMAZING with nail art. On occasion you might have to wait a little bit for your turn but one of the times I had to wait, they offered to do a free design on my nails because they felt bad. The customer service is wonderful. HIGHLY recommend.
