THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY. My wife and I had the lousiest employee today who made us wait off to the side and then proceeded to help 4 other people because she simply didn’t want to look up new insurance information out of sheer laziness. She took so long to the point that we actually just ended up paying for the prescription out of pocket. Then, once we FINALLY received the prescription, it was missing half of it and when we asked the pharmacist why she said it was because they didn’t have it in stock even though we clearly got a phone text notification that the whole prescription was ready. Such a complete and utter waste of time and we will never come back here for a prescription again. Do yourself a favor and never come here.

The front desk treat customers real bad and kick customers out since she is overwhelming. She should be lay off as treating customers so bad. I cannot even update my insurance information as she said you want other people wait? Strongly report

Inside the target, this is a huge store, it was unclear that "CVS" continued for a dozen aisles beyond the pharmacy section, but at least they were quick to answer my question.

If it were possible to award no or negative stars, I would. I'm sure the folks in the pharmacy try, but the results are severely lacking. I spent ONE hour on hold with no one ever picking up. The app cannot accomplish my goal, so I was trying to call to make a needed change. I will go into the store and stand in line as my last resort. By the way the change is to eliminate all ongoing prescriptions with this pharmacy. The call was many in a string of issues that include late orders, closed store during published hours, the usual long call wait, out of stock items on my auto-refill. And I'm done.

This particular CVS pharmacy is located in the Woodinville Target. It was my first time picking up a prescription here. There was only ONE staff member handling the entire pharmacy. There were at least 12 people in line. One elderly lady had to leave because she couldn't stand that long. The pharmacist was efficient and very professional. Apparently, this pharmacy only has one pharmacist on staff at all times. Phone was ringing constantly and there was a notification each time a person was holding on the line. Pharmacist was unable to answer the phone and the people holding had to hang up. People with certain insurance companies are forced to use this CVS pharmacy which is not at all convenient. Going to Target in Woodinville is at least 20min drive from where I live in Kirkland.

This is honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’m constantly told they’re too understaffed to fill prescriptions on time, and once one of the pharmacists left a prescription I needed filled in her jacket pocket for TWO WEEKS. Absolutely ridiculous. Go to a different location.

The older of the 2 ladies working there this morning kept us waiting for 10 minutes before she came to help. Complain about answering calls and made fun of the fact she hangs up quickly on people. Doesn't even let me finish my sentence. Absolutely rude. You obviously don't care about customer satisfaction so enjoy the bad reviw.

I've been on hold for 30 minutes. They need a better system for handling phone calls. This is completely not okay. I should mention that I was also on hold for 15 minutes earlier and was hung up on.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! It does not even deserve one star. Whoever answers the phone should not answer the phone. Pharmacy should be helpful and do not hang up on their costumers or doctor's office. Please train your staff about customer service. Thank you!

Called the pharmacy and was left on an endless hold for over 15 minutes. They never bothered to pick up the phone or offer a way for a callback. Poor service.

I have been a customer for more than 20 years, and I'm sad to say I just transferred my prescriptions to another's pharmacy. Their customer service is the absolute worst, and I attribute it mostly to a new young man who works the counter. He has no idea what customer service is. No one should answer a question with I ALREADY TOLD YOU. What?? If they send a text saying your order is ready, you show up to get it a day after the notice, then they say it's not ready so you mention the text, I ALREADY TOLD YOU I DON'T HAVE IT, is not the answer you give. My doctor also upped the dosage of my medication, which I know they called in. When I tried to speak to him about the refill and how the new instructions would mean I didn't have enough to last through the next refill, he refused to adjust the order. I told him the doctor's office called and to please look it up. He said NO. Seriously?? I couldn't believe the attitude on this kid... until I looked up all the bad reviews. I'm happy to take my dedicated patronage somewhere else. Anywhere else. Congratulations, CVS, you have managed to hire the perfect employee to rid your business of its loyal customers. Nice!

The service here used to be decent. Then it was mediocre. It’s now garbage.If you need a life-preserving med, go to another location. They will ask to come back more than once and then when you can’t come back anymore, they’ll say they need to check on if they have what you need. There’s no urgency. No follow up. No service. CVS has left many of their locations to blow in the wind with minimal staff.
