The appointment was set and within a week I had knew which carpet I was buying and what the total costs were going to be.Not only did the front end of the deal go smoothly, the installers showed up on time, called to confirm and were neat and tidy doing their job.I also want to mention, that I had stopped by the big box carpet warehouse, you think that you are getting a good deal, but when you calculate that actual cost of the carpet and pad in yard vs sq feet the price was pretty darn close. Hands down no comparison to my experience at Haight.If you are looking for new carpet and would like the white glove service, that knows what they have to offer, I recommend Haight Carpets in Woodinville.”

While visiting the Home Show I talked with a representative of Great Floors. Based on that experience I went to the Great Floors in Lynnwood to see what they could do for me. My experience was great from beginning to end. The salesperson, Cathy, was knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. She was integral in helping me decide on the product and color. She then came out to my place and measured the space, quickly sent an estimate and helped schedule the work. When the installers came - on time! - they were very professional and hard working.
