The maintenance gentleman, Herman, was just awesome. As usual, he gets the job done, but more than that, he brings that super positive energy and makes us feel like we are important and appreciated. Herman is who fixed our issues, but the entire maintence team is the bomb. thx AGAIN for a job well done.

Though the buildings are older they are well cared for. The staff, all of them, are positive, caring, and easy to associate with. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Campbell Run!

Only didn’t renew my lease because I needed to be in Seattle! Lovely location right next to the river, great amenities and good restaurants! The staff is very understanding and ensures that residents are content and comfortable in their homes. Thank you Campbell!

I had a great experience living at this apartment. The facility management was excellent, with on-site teams available for repairs even on Sundays. The leasing office staff were friendly and responsive, making my stay comfortable and convenient. Although I moved due to a job relocation, I really enjoyed my time there.

I have had a great experience living here. The property is clean and tidy, the units are nice and in great condition, and it's located in a great area. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. The few times I had to submit a maintenance request, it was always completed by the end of the following day with a note left on the counter explaining the services that were completed. This place is not noisy either - I very rarely heard my neighbors.
Special shout out to Lindsey and Andrea! When I first moved in, there was an issue with my credit check where a part of my credit history was not showing up. They both went above and beyond in helping me to determine what the issue was. Thanks to their assistance, I was able to resolve the issue.
I would highly recommend living here!

I visited Campbell Run Apartments recently and Andrea guided me through the building, I really liked everything about it, however one of my family members use wheelchair, so I could not end up taking an apartment there.
Andrea did a great job , she was calling me in the morning to check am I going or not and tell me she will be in office even if I can’t make an appointment on time.
When I arrived she greeted me well and prepared all the prices and information that I need.
Definitely I keep my eyes on any openings in future and I may find an apartment that meet my needs.

I have lived in Campbell Run for almost an year, and my experience here has been simply awesome right from day 1 till we left. I wouldn’t have left had I not been moving into my house. So far in different states in the US I have lived in quite a few apartments, however my experience at Campbell Run has been the best of all.
We met Andrea on the first day and since then till date, she and her team have taken care of all our needs. If I see Andrea in the community anywhere, she would ask me right there is everything going on well, are there any maintenance requests with a warm smile, it was far beyond my expectations. The location is superb, the community is well maintained. I probably don’t think you can go wrong choosing Campbell Run as your next residence.

Andrea Hedington gave me a magnificent tour of the apartment complex, its facilities and let me take my time in the show apartment they have. Where in most places I have felt rushed to tell them when I am moving in and details of my salary, with Andrea I felt as if an old friend was showing me a home and the conveniences it offered. After the tour, I asked all sorts of questions and I felt she was patient and helpful. With people like Andrea working there, I wish I could move in, just to have people like that helping me out.
