Bonjour Nails is Top Notch! They are so professional and it is truly a Spa experience when you are there. They really care about your needs and do the best to make you feel like a celebrity! All of them go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! That’s why I go back EVERY 2 weeks without fail!! ???
Stylist: Everyone there is really so welcoming and they make everyone feel like they are then most important person in the shop!

The best shop around with the best ambiance and the best staff around ! They always meet me like family and make sure I feel right at home, comfortable, and relaxed !
Cleanliness: Everything is cleaned before each use and it's so spacious it doesn't have the nail smell

I love Rose, Hugo and the owner. Initially my friend and I went to the wrong place to meet up our friend so we left. But because of the others place poor scheduling issue, I got denied while they took the other two that have walked in. So my girls didn’t want me left behind so we came back here. I was nervous AF because socializing is just HARD and I was worried that the tools will be uncomfortable but it wasn’t! Everyone was so kind and sweet. They actually want to know you.I was able to get my booty hole rabbit nails done and they are so patient with me for my first time. Hugo is so freaking fast and talented doing my nails, he ended up adding hearts to mine and extra details. For someone that works for the vet, I was suggested gel so I can officially have polish on for more than a day, and I am proud of the care they did for my nails. Oh there was a cute dog there that ran out and said hi to us! We absolutely are animal gals so this was a huge bonus point <3 we will definitely come back again soon. Thank you guys!

First time at this place, and I am thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt right at home. Lee and Anne were outstanding—professional, attentive, and skilled. My gel pedicure and gel acrylic refill were done to perfection, with meticulous attention to detail. I highly recommend Lee and Anne for their excellent service and expertise. I will definitely be coming back!

My visit to Bonjour Nail Spa was positively lovely! The atmosphere was relaxing and lavish. The people who greeted me at the front desk were professional, friendly, and treated me like royalty. I also appreciate that they offer a variety of services, from simple to more extravagant. The many chairs allow for a large number of clients to be seen simultaneously. After I checked in for my pedicure, I was able to choose polish colours from two colour books. Soon after, I was seated in a comfortable massage chair while I soaked my feet. Someone came by to offer me a drink- I was offered water, tea, wine, or beer. I had a half glass of white wine, which was nice- sauvignon blanc, I believe. (My only minor grumble was that I was not aware of the cost for the wine until I received my final bill for my pedicure. It's not worth docking a star, as this may have been my own naiveté, to assume it would be complimentary. Still, it would have been nice to know up front.) Anyway- back to my pedicure- A very sweet woman called Rose took care of me. She was personable, professional, and did a nice job on my toes. I appreciated her easy smile, and her conscientiousness on helping me get a pedicure within the time schedule I needed. Once she heard I had someplace to be soon after our appointment, she made sure to work quickly, without sacrificing quality. All along the way someone checked in with me to make sure I was content and had anything I needed. This was the perfect treat!

I absolutely love this place!! I moved to the Bothell area about 2 years ago, and still was driving to I Bellevue to get my nails done. I have had such a hard time finding a good nail salon that was consistent. Let me tell you this place blows every nail salon out of the water! The whole staff is amazing from when you walk in to the end. I can’t say enough about Ann and Lee, they are my favorite ❤️ (haven’t even gone to anyone else but why change ?) The owners take pride in their salon and I love their little dog Panda!! I will never go anywhere else

I had an amazing overall experience and the nails were so cute. The only things I would say kinda bothered me were the lady that did my nails cut me like 4 times and messed up twice and didn’t apologize and I picked out a color and the lady brought the complete wrong one. The music was peaceful and I felt like I could just fall asleep it was so relaxing. The place was so aesthetic and I loved the decor and there was a SUPER cute dog which I enjoyed petting at the end. Overall I rate it 4.89/5

Hugo was amazing!! Love love love him! Showed him a picture of my dress and told him I was going to a wedding in Europe and he did this!!! He is so dedicated to his work and will not let any mistake slide.
Little did I know I was proposed too! And so happy I got to have Hugo’s nail work to show it off!! All do the staff are beyond amazing and always checking in on your to make sure your doing good.
I will never take my business else where. Only bonjour!

Very nice staff and ambience, but despite that not a very effective pedicure and manicure. The actual work service provided was sub standard as the callous removal and scrubbing etc. Was inefficient. Massage was very ineffective as well for a delux package.

This is the most amazing and professional nail salons I have ever been to and I have been in a lot of them. They will greet you within seconds at the door. The gentleman that is one of the managers was so professional happy and helpful he even helped me pick out my color
He escorted me to a chair I watched him work and he never missed a beat. He smiled and greeted and checked in on everyone over and over the entire time I was there. I can’t say enough good things about him. I only wish I knew his name unfortunately I forgot it, but he is definitely a Gem.
There was another woman that I watched that is a manager also I believe she is just as amazing as he is what a team.
I have never witnessed such an amazing person or place You are so well Taken care of
everyone that works there seems so kind and attentive
they have an amazing menu to choose from for all sorts of pampering and a great tea menu wine and beer also
The place is stunning
You will definitely be pampered
This place is unlike any nail salon out there the owners really know what they are doing
You can’t go wrong just go there and see for yourself how special they will make you feel

Stylist: Annie did my pedicure she is the most gentle person I’ve ever had work on my feet. She is super professional happy and fun to talk to I just adore her she did an amazing job and painted flowers on my toes that were done perfectly I have happy feet I will be requesting her all the time
