They dont have the time to deal with a regular customer doing a color match. They focus more on high end contractors. We came in to get a gallon of paint and were told they would get to it in the afternoon which they did not and did not even call to tell us that. What kind of customer service is this? Arent most people coming into their store getting paint? Cant for the life of me figure out why they couldnt do a gallon of paint for us from 7am-6pm! What the heck? If you are just a regular residential person painting your home dont bother going here. They obviously dont want business from anyone other than a contractor. Buy your products and paint at McLendons where they want your business

Found this place based on the Yelp review when I am going to do the home improvement. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. In the end, they asked me if I needed the wood sticks so I can stir the paint and I was impressed to the details. The staff helped carry 2 gallons of paint to my car. I was glad to find this place and highly recommend anyone who needs it :)

Do NOT go to this location if you need to obtain a paint color match. I brought in my old paint and had to wait over 24 hours to get a new gallon. They gave me paint swatches that showed a match, but the color was totally wrong which also shows how inept the employee was. I’m out $70 since there is no refund on custom paints. I went to Sherwin Williams in Kenmore, and got the perfect match in less than 2 hours! That’s where I will go from now on.
