Client Services Manager Michael Holman of Woodinville Banner Bank has been Great! He is an 'above and beyond' kind of person and We're blessed to have Him at Our local Woodinville branch. He's been patient, kind, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of my new account(s) launch. I would highly recommend Banner Bank to anyone looking for a good bank. I switched over from a "big bank" about a year an a half ago (both business and personal accounts), and I am so very glad that I did! The staff at the Woodinville Banner Bank all know my name, and greet me with smiles every time I come in. They know my dogs by name, and have treats for them at every visit- my puppies LOVE seeing Stacy and Kathy. It is very cute. All staff are friendly and professional, and have resolved any issues quickly and efficiently. I am so happy that I no longer have to wait 15-20 minutes to see a bank teller, and that all of the tellers here know my name, care about how things are doing, and go above and beyond in doing their jobs. As a side note in response to a few other reviewers; while there are not a ton of Banner ATM machines available, they waive all fees at any other bank's ATM. Between that, and the snapshot check deposits I have had absolutely no issue with depositing or accessing any of my money if I am not in the vicinity of a Banner Bank.

I love this bank! Everyone that works here is incredibly friendly, and they do their jobs well. I love coming in and having my bankers remember both my name, and the names of my dogs (who LOVE going to see their friends at the bank-especially their Aunt Stacy). I am grateful that I switched to this bank from a larger bank. The personal care is great. And I feel like the services they offer are superior to those at my old bank.

I love that I can walk into my bank and they know me by name, and everyone says "Hi Abbie". Love the people that work there, and they are so helpful with whatever you may need!

Wow. I've never been in this bank before. Never even been to Banner before. Went in to make a deposit for a friend. It was about 4:50....so I guess they were tired but no one said hello or greeted me Teller was nice after I said something to her, but she didn't even greet me when I walked up. Everyone had their heads down working and wanting to go home. . Had kids with me and they ignored them too when they asked me if the bank had suckers. I said, they don't have suckers. The twins said "well I think I see chocolate candy on their desk". No one even said a word or offered it to them after the kids mentioned the candy. And they all heard. No other customers. While I was filling out a deposit slip, I heard a lady at a desk, talking to a customer on the phone and after about a 2/3 min conversation, she said "Let me talk to my supervisors & I'll get back with you." When she hung up, another employee said, you can't get them now...."She said "I know, I just said that to get off the phone with them." I'm glad I'm at Wells Fargo. Unfriendly and just going through the motions at Banner.

No drive through, and closed on Saturday. That's why we left. Loved supporting a local bank but at a minimum need to have support as the big banks when it comes to hours ...
