Cashier was very rude
I came in at 9:46 and shopped and then she told me I couldn’t make my purchase until 10 because they had to “reopen”

Half the pumps have broken card readers. The other half don’t have working premium. This gas station is a total mess and always takes 10x longer to find a pump that works and pay for gas than any other place.

I stopped into Arco BP in Snohomish I ask the clerk to purchase a $5 Cash PoP with the #7 he prints me a ticket and hands it to me. It is NOT #7 and I say to him “this isn’t #7 I want #7 please . The man picked up a Sharpie and wrote over the number he printed to be 7.
I say would you please give me a Cash Pop with the #7 on it to which he responds with do you have money for this!!! He prints the second slip out and it has 14 on it . I ask him if this was his first day and he says No. I Did Not buy either ticket first it wasn’t 7 and he wrote on it with a sharpie however I just left ? very disappointed that he wasn’t able to provide the request I made.

Everytime I go after 9 pm a worker tells me they are closed and their gas is always off.

Tried to pay for gas around 10 pm, but apparently they were closed at that time, with no signs saying as much. The lady was very rude about it. Went elsewhere.

The pumps don't work as self service. Had to pay in store and pump. These are old pumps which are slow and inefficient.

This gas station is more expensive then the others around it by quite a bit more. This is weird considering right down the road are a few gas stations that are a lot cheaper. They used to have a nice drink selection but that has gone away. So many empty slots and it takes them months to replenish. They under pay their employees and out of the 2 years I've been here they have had a gas pump out everytime time except the 3 times over 3 months last year. The owners clearly don't invest money back into the store, just the gas. Then Jack up the price to make more money. These are clear signs they'll probably sell asap if they got an offer. Probably for the best. Otherwise I expect them to be closing soon enough.

Taking advantage of customer by raising prices, I come by often and it'll be the last time until they makes some changes. How are you gonna sell a product that's worth and is 2.19 but then raise the price to 3.69 just due to the fact because everyone likes them and buys them out ? whoever the owner is you definitely got some grip doing so, do better!

Friendliest employees of any gas station I have ever been to. Everyone seems to have a smile even with the rudest customers. My only nitpick is the pumps run slow!

Pumps were off at 9:50 and were off with no notice or information. Walked in and the two people working said I needed to wait until 10:10, and then resumed looking at their phones and chatting. Overall rude in demeanor, and this is like the 5th time I have dealt with this on my way home from work trying to get gas.

I got gas. It made my car go. Prices were close to Costco prices. Diesel was actually cheaper. It fluctuates.
