“I absolutely love living at The Luke! From the moment I moved in, it’s felt like home. The entire team here is incredible and truly goes above and beyond. Avery, the manager, is always kind, helpful, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Gabriella, the assistant, is just as amazing—super nice and always ready to lend a hand. Joleen in leasing is fantastic and made the move-in process a breeze.
The maintenance team deserves a huge shoutout—Chris and Garrison are so fast, efficient, and really know what they’re doing. Any issue I’ve had (which is rare) has been fixed almost immediately. It’s such a comfort knowing they’re so prompt and reliable.
The community feels extremely safe, which is a top priority for me, and everything is always well-maintained. I truly love living here and can’t say enough great things about the team. The Luke is the best!”

“Apartments are great! Moved here from a duplex up north. Maintenance takes care of EVERYTHING. These giys are the best. Shout out to Mark on the maintenance team for helping us out recently with a tricky lighting issue. This place is great! The building is secure, with a grocery store right across the street and on a couple bus lines and down the street from a park and ride and the freeway entrances. Excellent place to live.”

“This community is new, elegant, modern and the appliances are top of the line! The new management and the maintenance team goes above and beyond. Shout out to Natalia, the housekeeper, she works very hard in ensuring the community is clean at all times. They truly care. The Bosch appliances, waterfall Quartz, bidets, and heated floors are EXTREMELY amazing to find in an apartment community. Most of the units here have a balcony and some expansive terraces. I love it here! It is located on Central Way and it has PCC in the building. The location is SUPERB. This is the place to be in DT Kirkland!”

“I've toured this building twice, once last year, soon after they first opened ago and once in the last month. While I haven't actually had the pleasure of living here I'm very impressed with how much the property management team has done to turn around the building. From the communication for scheduling a tour (which as most know can a total nightmare at other apartment), to the cleanliness of all of the common spaces. I can tell they are proud of their building and rightfully so, it's beautiful!”
“It's a good place. It's nice to have Zach here; the last manager had (understandable) issues and that went on too long considering the company had another mutually beneficial placement option that was a great fit for the last manager. It's also nice to not have temps anymore cause, apparently, they weren't trained on anything prior to being in office. I'm glad Quinn was empowered to get Brian on board because it wasn't fair to split him between two properties and expect him to fill in for office manager duties as well. He maintained a positive attitude and was always helpful, but it was obvious he was feeling the pain of being short staffed. I'll probably stay another year if the rent stays the same”

“I moved in September and really enjoy living at Lake Park. All neighbours are nice and the neighborhood is quiet here. A lot of stores are close by in walk in distance. The staff is always nice and helpful, they even help me to solve my personal questions. Totally recommend this place for living.”

I even asked for a specific scent which they currently didn't produce, but low and behold a few weeks later they reached out and told me they heard what I said and made the scent I was looking for! I found them at the Fremont Sunday Market in Seattle, and they have always been very enthusiastic and a great buying experience.”

Layout makes great usage of square footage, feels bigger than it is as a result. Lots of little perks (in unit w/d, new kitchen appliances,lots of closet space etc) that come together for a great experience. “The best community in the area. Not only for the convenience of the location of itself, but also the safety of the community. Very easy n safe to get around, great infra-structures near by. Recently adapted to "Latch" n it sure provides helluva more security then good ole' 'fobs'.
Though what makes the best part living here-since Sept 2016, sounds sad, I know but I like it- is the staff members.
All very friendly, listens ur concerns and actually do something about it unlike other apts, so u feel that u r heard.
Especially, the staff manager Kacie is the best. Very compassionate, thoughtful n great concerns for elders-especially everything turning into smart-tech-. U can just tell her experience n professionalism by simply talking to her n how things r followed thru. Just amazed. Ez to communicate, friendly n polite.
All in all, the best.”
“Tera apartment has the perfect mix of great location, beautiful units, and most importantly excellent staff members. I moved in 2 months ago, it is safe, clean, and the management team is great with communication and always responsive to service requests, Nick has gone out of his way many times to help me move heavy packages. “Lived here for around four years. I had a nice and sunny south facing unit. This was especially great in the winter months. The location is very close to the lake and downtown Kirkland. The management and maintenance were very responsive. It is close to a bus stop. Would live here again if I had the chance!”

“So far I love the apartments, the reason for the 8 out of 10 reviews is mainly for the outdated appliances that the apartment has. I've had to call maintenance here twice to attempt to solve the issue with the burners of the stove, as a person who enjoys cooking it gets frustrating when it suddenly decides to stop working, overheats on a low setting, or sparks randomly. The fact that it is a stove from 1997 might also be a reason, but who knows I'm not an expert on these things.”
“East Union is a great place to live; the leasing manager, Sashel, is incredible! She has helped so much and walked with me every step of the way when I applied for the MFTE program.This is a quiet building, very clean in the common spaces, and dog-friendly! I have been here since October this year and couldn't be happier. To top it off, it's above PCC, which is a plus!”
“We am going on my 6th year here at the Lodge and we love it. Great communication with the management team. If there is a problem they answer you then same day! With that said, we’ve ink had a couple maintenance issues and they were handled immediately and one occasion with a flood from upstairs having their fire alarm go off from a kitchen fire. The sprinkler system went off and flooded our bathroom kitchen and the middle of the living room was leaking through the ceiling. They were on it! Called me at work to let me know and when I got home they were already extracting the water. Living in an apartment with others surrounding you, you need to realize that you are going to hear your neighbors at times, but nothing major a did so. Just call them. They are on it! Seriously, this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived.
Cons: The only con I have is that when a tenant stays in an apartment for over 5 years and you know they moved into an already used apartment. It wasn’t refurbished. I wish they would be a bit more forthcoming with the drip pans for the stove and the maintenance regarding the flooding. The trim should have. Wen replaced as they could completely see that all of our trim in the bathroom and kitchen was expanded/bloated, Dale with a few areas of the flooring and they never followed up to replace it when they said they would. Of course, I never followed up with that and I know how busy they are.
All in all. 5 stars. The grounds are kept beautifully. Lots of nature and all around very good vibe!!!”
“Always on time, and helpful. David is a very good maintenance worker with multi experience. I do hope if Pleasant Bay plants a tree for every comment given it works to make sure the trees and shrubs here get enough water when it is hot and dry. Some areas get watered but there are no water for the ones near the end of apts B otherwise great place and David is awesome!”

“I recently moved to Woodin Creek Village, and it's been a month since I arrived. During my search for the perfect apartment, I toured six different units from various regions around Washington, ultimately choosing this one. My tour with Dani was a pleasant experience; she kindly and willingly showed us various options, allowing us to select the right home for us. Additionally, she helped us settle in quickly, fully understanding our urgent situation.So far, I'm very satisfied with the cozy and peaceful atmosphere, the active resident community (they even have a community app where we can freely post items for sale or suggestions, and there are many free events like Yoga every week, or resident happy hour with wine), and, most importantly, the sense of safety. With the city hall and police nearby, people are out walking until nightfall, and the well-lit roads contribute to the feeling of security. Most retail outlets even have a wine cellar. The unit is tidy even though it's not new, it has very nice electric fireplace in living, full air conditioning for hot and cool. The response to maintenance requests is very fast, and the rooftop lounge area with the hot Jacuzzi is awesome. You have a great park to run or walk nearby, and Haggen, Target, and AMC theater are within walking distance. My only wish is that the gym had barbells with free training rack.I would definitely recommend this apartment.”
