We bring our pup Winnie into A Bird Cat & Dog Supply Store to be groomed and we are so pleased every single time!! She is sometimes a nervous a girl but she loves this store and she is in such a happy mood every time we pick her up. You can tell that they really care about the animals and are so sweet with them. I feel very comfortable and happy to take her here, not to mention her haircut looks so great each time! Thank you for all that you do!

A wonderful shop that is near our home. Super convenient, full of great items for all sorts of pets, the owner (and her cute Corgi) are SO friendly and helpful. We took our Boston Terrier here for a little "spa day" and couldn't be happier. They did such a fantastic job, even using an allergy-shampoo (since she has lots of enviromental allergies). They also trimmed her nails and brushed her teeth. We'll definitely be bringing her back for regular grooming.Support local and give this great little pet store your business.

Super friendly and community minded owner. When my cat was losing weight due to a thyroid issue she was incredibly helpful and caring. We tried a bunch of different foods and she ordered a bunch of the things my cat would actually eat. I highly recommend with no reservations.

Interesting, well stocked, new (to me, at least) little pet supply store. The owner and daughter work there, they're very pleasant, polite, helpful. They have a very nice variety of pet treats, food, toys, etc. I like this little shop a lot!

We’ve been bringing our dog here for grooming for a year or so now and have loved the experience. They have a full package that includes bath, blowout, haircut, nail trim, gland expression, and even tooth brushing for an affordable price! Our dog is half husky and has so much thick hair, it’s really nice to be able to take him somewhere and have all his grooming needs taken care of at once. He also leaves a happy boy after being pampered, so I can tell they treat him well in there. The owner is a wonderful woman, very kind and friendly with all the animals that come in. The person who usually does our grooming quit recently without giving notice, and our appointment that we made over a month prior was cancelled. They are booked out so far now that we aren’t able to wait to reschedule so unfortunately we have to look elsewhere. :( We are hoping they find a new groomer soon so we can go back again!

I became a patron at this store before when it was Earthwise and Tessie was an employee. I started to know Tessie then, so when the owner had to sell, I was SO glad Tessie took over.Tessie has always been devoted to making the experience in the store the best it can be for both pet owner and their pet/s. Her attitude reflects also in her employees, Ashley, Tia, including her groomers Leah and Tyra.They all make my Yorkie Louie feel like part of the family.Since A Bird, Cat & Dog Supply Store is no longer part of a chain as before , but totally independent, it takes extra to make this all work. During Covid shutdowns, they were just transitioning from the previous owner and from the chain. I was so glad they made it through!I now choose first to go here rather than a large supplier. It just feels like family there as they always treat us so well. Bottom line: We cannot walk by the store without going in to visit. Thank you!
