I am updating my review after 405 took the time to reach out and work on rectifying the previous issues. I really appreciated their quick response and willingness to work with me on getting a new vehicle. They were responsive, professional, and genuine in their efforts. I am grateful to them and appreciate everything they did for me.

405 Motors has a committed team that runs a nice organization. They will communicate and work with you to make sure you feel safe and secure with your new ride. There is wider inventory than many used car dealers, and it seems more organized. Now Bari has me in my new Mazda truck and I'll be able to get to work.

Bari and Stephanie are amazing. Stephanie showed me everything my car can do. I had an 04 and they got me into a 2019 hyundai santa fe with less than 30,000 miles and no accidents. They sell quality cars at a fair price. Bari really helped me with my financing. Both were a pleasure to work with. My boyfriend may also be back to buy a car from them. Great experience. 11 out of 10. They also will be servicing my car for maintenance.

Our purchase of a 2012 FJ Cruiser from 405 Motors was a nightmare. We are out-of-state buyers, which makes this an important warning to anyone looking to buy based solely on their word. We had to trust that what they were telling us, showing us in photos, and describing in the listing was the true condition of the vehicle. We were trying to cover all our bases and had a friend, who is not a mechanic, go and drive the vehicle to make sure all the 4WD components worked. They did, and with it all looking so clean on the surface he liked the vehicle. We were excited! The interior, exterior, and low mileage (32K) made this seem like just the FJ we were looking for. We were willing to pay $4,700 over high-market value to get a vehicle in such great condition. We had the FJ transported to Los Angeles, to our trusted Certified Toyota Mechanic. He has been our and my family's mechanic for over 20 years. We have had a Tacoma, Scion, Tundra, you get the idea: we're Toyota people. We thought we were going to do some elected service; all fluids, oil change, belts, etc. to start the FJ out in a tip top way with us. We tend to keep our cars for a very long time. Unfortunately this did not turn out to be the case. 405 Motors states that they have all of their used vehicles go through a safety inspection. When we found out that both upper and lower control arms, struts, and the sway bar were completely rusted, this became a problem. They were so degraded that the car could not be aligned, and posed a significant safety hazard if they were to fail at highway speeds. When our mechanic removed the front skid plate, it all became visible. If all of these components are bad, how is this a safe vehicle? We asked 405 to help offset the cost of the repairs to the front end. We wondered if maybe the 405 mechanics team did not perform the safety inspection; they are a busy dealership and maybe this vehicle got missed or pushed through. Plus, it is hard to see the rust in the listing photos when all the wheel wells and parts in them had been painted black as a cover up. Our sales manager Roy stated that they give every customer a $500 drivetrain warranty(which is included with the purchase) because they care about their customers. However, if you live out of state, that warranty is void. So instead he offered us $500 cash for the warranty and $250, so a total of $750 to help offset the cost of the front end. We did take the $750, but it did not even scratch the surface of what parts & labor cost to fix the vehicle and make it safe to drive. Roy also said multiple times that our mechanic was just padding the costs to get more money because that's what mechanics do. I found this to be completely offensive and know from years of experiences with many vehicles that this is not at all the case. His final parting suggestion was: " it's a used car and if we do not like it, we should sell it." I understand this is a used car, but we paid 405 a lot of money for it, and had they contributed more to the repairs, taken some responsibility, and not try to shift the blame for these costs on our mechanic, I would be writing a very different review. Instead, I feel I was taken advantage of by 405 Motors. Could it also be that I'm a woman and he felt like I was an easy target? Maybe, but that just makes them look even more unscrupulous.

Absolute liars. Went to go look at a car and they didn't tell me that it had been rolled and been in the shop six months ( I found this out through another dealer). They also only offered me a quarter of the value of my car for trade in, which was a slap in the face. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I had a terrific experience buying a used vehicle here. The sales staff were extremely helpful and they went the extra mile to get me financing. Nice people! I would highly recommend this dealership. Brad Robinett

Was very disappointed in my experience with 405 Motors. I made an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle only to find out the car had sold before I spoke to them. I gave them three stars because I think it was an honest mistake. I just wish they would have better communication an updated systems so this kind of thing wouldn't happen. I drove 35 miles to buy a car I had my heart set on only to have them try and switch me to something else. It felt like a sleazy bait and switch tactic, although I do think it was just bad record management.

They set a standard that other car dealers should strive for: No pressure sales people. Fair priced cars, and fair trade-in value. Keep their word to make things right. Efficient transaction with no last minute gouging that other dealers do. I've bought from Lexus dealers, Porsche dealers, and even Land Rover, and 405 Motors came across more reputable!

If you are ever wanting a new car please do yourself a favor and come down to 405 motors in Woodinville. Absolutely a wonderful experience. Roy, Ken and Jeffrey were truly a pleasure to do business with. Even after I signed the dotted line, I found an issue and they were willing to resolve it. Nothing but good vibes and great staff!!
