Knowledgeable fellow, gave us directions and advice for all over the area. The bad reviews seem to be the result of people not following clear directions he has posted all over the shop.

USE THE TWEEZERS!!!!!!
This is a great shop for outdoor enthusiasts. The knife selection is amazing, every time I visit I walk out with a new knife.
