Phoebe is the best! She is a skilled stylist, her boutique salon is lovely and welcoming and I always enjoy spending time with her. She has been doing my hair for over two years now and I feel so lucky to have found her in the valley.

I was in Winthrop with my husband this last weekend and I wanted to get my hair done for a nice dinner at the Arrowleaf Bistro. I did a search online and read a review for Studio 509 that really appealed to me so I decided to book an appointment. I have never liked getting my hair cut because it never seems to turn out the way I want it to. I have long curly hair so I understand that it's difficult to cut but when I go in to get a "trim" it's frustrating when the hairdresser takes off a whole twelve inches! Therefore I had avoided getting my hair cut for nearly two years. My experience with Phoebe was completely different. She listened to me when I explained about my hair and cut just the dead ends off and did some layering around my face as well. She even took the time to style my hair for my dinner date with my husband. We chatted the whole time and 90 minutes felt like 10! Phoebe is so sweet and such an awesome person that from now on I vow to get my hair cut on a regular basis and I will drive the 2 hours to Winthrop (4 in the winter) just to have her cut my hair. Also if anyone is thinking of getting married in the Methow Valley I would totally recommend that you get your hairstyling done by Phoebe. She is incredible!

Phoebe is fantastic, she brings a bit of city to this country town. Her salon has a boho vibe that wraps you up and tosses you out looking amazing. I have curly hair that I don't trust with anyone and I walk away feeling amazing when I leave her, it's been 10 years since my last hair cut and every every day I get compliments on how healthy it looks. Not to mention the scalp message makes you so relaxed I almost fell asleep. This girl knows what she is doing. Thank you pheobe!!
