What wonderful staff! I had a sprained ankle, they were so helpful! I needed a Shell Gas Gift Card for a gift basket, they had all the information and took great care of me! The place was neat and clean. There seemed to be a lot of locals coming and going as the staff seemed to know them all by name. What a nice small town service station. I will be back.

I would not even give them a one star I was verbally assaulted by worker for trying to claim wa state lottery ticket I questioned what I won and I was verbally attacked by Christoper working there ask to see tickets and scanned ticket he told me no I was not leaving until he did show me. He knew the man behind me and got him to join in. Both men cused at me I told him I was filing complaint and he said it was on video I hope it is. Because I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and WA state Lottery commission. I can't believe it was the worst customer service I have ever seen. I WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE TO GO TO THAT STORE. Go to IGA or Handi store. The worst word of mouth is bad word of mouth. I am from winlock and I will push and do everything I can to tell everyone how rude and disrespectful they are. SO DONT SUPPORT THAT BUSINESS.

Staff is usually pretty nice. when I came in today at 1:30ish, the lady in the skeleton tights was telling me about her having migrane that I totally forgot I handed her 15 dollars in power ball tickets to check for winner.. it wasn't till 5:02 that I remember she never scanned, or at least the machine didn't make noise. When I called to see if she was there and if I won a guy answered instead :( ? now I have to wonder if they're was any winners..

The place has really improved since the new ownership, they've really made it nice. The fuel prices stay reasonably competitive, they are usually the first to drop amongst the three local stations.

For a gas station right off the freeway, it's surprisingly not worth your time.From the outside, it's seemingly a brand new and gorgeous looking convenience store! But once you step inside, it feels more cramped than expected, doesn't look that nice, and my friend and I were both unsatisfied with the drink selection.They're one of those weird places where they only allow credit. But this place had a pop up that said "Debit? Yes or No", which doesn't make any sense since you can't do debit.We had a guy come out from the back to the cash register, and while he was chill, he seemingly didn't care.Overall, this place doesn't look that great, didn't have something we wanted to purchase, and didn't have the customer service, to all combine as the ingredients to make me never go again.Unless I really want Chester's Chicken and don't want to drive that far from my friend's house in Toledo. I didn't even realize they sold Chester's Chicken until I saw a picture on here.Stop by the Shell just a little bit down the road, or go to the Gasco or the grocery store. It's not much farther.

I have stopped by this shell gas station many times on my journeys to and from Seattle. They have very clean restrooms and friendly attendance. Also they have Chester's chicken!Yum. If you don't know what Chester's chicken is , I suggest you get in here and check it out. The chicken and the view of Mount St. Helens are The best around! Exit 63 Washington state going five N. This establishment is one of the remaining few Chester's chickens that still have bone in chicken and amazing JoJos. Yup wish I could drive by but I can't ha ha. Get in my belly

This is a wonderful store!! Eric, the owner, I believe, is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know. He is very kind, caring and compassionate and I always have a smile on my face after stopping in to do a bit of shopping and chatting with Eric. He runs a very excellent store that is always emaculately clean!! Also, the rest of his staff is professional and friendly!! They have won a customer for life!! Thank you, Eric, for running this awesome store here in Winlock.
