Like to park here and walk the trail to the other parking lot, Then we go onto the beach and walk about half way, set up to chill and let the dogs Play, then walk back to the state park.

This is a lovely beach which has a paved walk through the dunes. My dog loved it. The surf is fairly rough for small children but they love playing in the sandRestrooms: Didn't use them but they are there.Dog-friendliness: They have rules about leaching your dog which we did on the path. The beach is huge so you can find a place for your pup to play in the water off leach away from others.

Nice state park with a long beach ideal for quiet walks. Went here on a Saturday afternoon with my wife. Lots of windsurfers, swimmers, and people generally enjoying the beach. My wife called out that the pebbles are outstanding. I would definitely go here again. Why 4: I actually wanted to visit the lighthouse, but could not find directions.

Easy access to the beach (not wheelchair friendly though). Bathrooms nearby with outdoor showers to get the sand off before getting back in the car. Lots of space on the beach to sit and enjoy the view. Sand gets HOT on sunny days!Restrooms: Clean and fresh smelling.

We had a great time walking the paved path for a while reading all of the plaques and signs. After a bit we found a trail to the beach and walked the beach collecting small rocks and a shell or two. Its a beautiful place to hang on the beach soaking in some sun or flying a kite, whatever you do on the beach its a great place to do it.There is lots of parking close on the street entering the park that YOU DONT NEED A DISCOVER PASS TO PARK AT.Enjoy!!!Restrooms: CleanDog-friendliness: Lots of room for dogs, litter bags available on walking path.Picnic area: Many tables and privacy walls and large grassy area to play Frisbee or something.

This beach is great. A bit of a walk to the sand but not bad. We've had a great time. And did can be off leash as long as you can control them.

This home was beautiful inside and out!We had 7 of us ladies stay, and we all had enough space to spread out, and enjoy ourselves comfortably. This home has two living rooms. The main living room has a big screen TV, plenty of seating, and they have a large family room with a 70"big screen TV, huge sectional couch, built-in nook with bench and table for playing games or to eat, there is a Murphy bed as well. They have a large kitchen, everything you need to cook with large counter spaces, the corner part of the counter has an area with wine glasses. This home has two bedrooms downstairs, each having one bed each, and there is an upstairs with 2 twin beds and a futon. They have two bathrooms, one with a bath tub. They have a nice size lot in the front, and the backyard has an endless view of the ocean, it is beautiful.I, highly recommend bringing extra blankets and and seasonings too.Oh ya! hot tub ;) <3

I am so lucky to live here. Walking this beach is always a pleasant experience as I look for driftwood and listen to the ocean. This is a good place to see surfers and wind surfers, too. For visitors, everything here is easily accessible. The parking lot is ample (it is a back-in lot, so be prepared). There is a nice public restroom, and there are plenty of walking paths to the beach as well as a paved walkway along the coastline.
