It's my go to place for renting tools .I have gone here for years and years for Plate compactors ,sod cutters and medium dump trailers occasionally a bobcat or the Kubota depending on whatbi need done.. they have reasonable rates and IF YOU DONT HAVE THE TIMW TO PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT THEY CAN DELIVER IT im sure there are limitations for the delivery services and some additional costs but we all know sometimes it's nice for someone eles to take it off our plate so we can throw it in the dishwasher already..You won't be disappointed in the friendly staff rent from them

If I could , I would absolutely give West Richland Rentals a 100/10!! Zef & Brad had the BEST customer service! Both of them were so kind, helpful and personable. They truly went above and beyond especially with making a stressful situation seem like a breeze. I really appreciate both of their help & hospitality!! Highly recommend coming here for your Uhaul rentals they will make sure you have the best experience

Turned me away 5 minutes before sign on the door (and Google) said was closing time. I understand quitting time is exciting enough to knock off early now and then but not good for customer service.

Scott and his crew are absolutely amazing. Always great customer service! If they don't have what I need to rent (only happened once), Scott recommended a sister store in Richland. Easy process to reserve, pick up, rent, and return. Thank you for always being there!

call the day previous and was informed we could rent a 5x9 utility trailer. Show up to get it. was informed that we couldn't get it that they don't rent them any more. Was waiting to get a uhaul trailer and was approached by i assume the owner or manager and was told again that no we don't have any trailers except the 5 I was looking at. I didn't mind having to go another route but don't give me attitude. I understand that you don't rent your utility trailers anymore. You do have other options though.

Used these guys twice this spring for yard rental equipment. Things were operated differently because of COVID but they had things streamlined very well and things went smooth both times. The staff are very polite and helpful and the prices for the equipment are very reasonable. I will definitely use these guys for future needs. It is worth the drive

It's not just a rental store but a nice little hardware store and they have propane and i was able to get the bolts and washers I nneeded to get a microwave mounted plus the two clycle oil for my weed eater without going all the way to the big store right in West Richland. Customer service was great two steps in the door and I was pointed to the hardware I needed. And I was in and out of there in five minutes ,with the bolts and oil saved me like over an hour of my day. With a piece of candy and a smile.It will be my first stop to get hardware from now on.
