I want to war everyone not to even dare to go to this place to buy a car from them they sure are the worst to deal with I went did a trade beacuse i needed something in good running/working condition's at least better than my Jeep ended up with a Ford explore that is a piece of crap called right the next day telling them about some issues and they would take messages after messages and nobody ever called me at all I would have to drive a hour and half to get some answer but still the played it well wasting my time for them to not resolve nothing went after a week or so told them here is you car and since than still no anawera of what's over be ware of this shitty deals and raping people of by selling over priced cars and shitty cars

I purchased two cars in the last month. The first one, the check engine light came on the day after we bought it and then the next week I had to replace the battery. The car seems good otherwise. The second car needs an alignment and who knows what else but I've had it a total of 1 day.I will say the sales staff is very eager and enthusiastic. They will try to make you happy. The franchise has a huge inventory so they want to move cars and it is obvious. The only negative thing I can say is that at the branch I went to, there is an obvious lingering smell of pot in the office and sometimes in the sales yard, otherwise, it is your average used car lot just with a much larger variety. Cars for every budget.

They gave me a great deal on my trade in with also paying off the remaining balance I had left owed. I was in a stressful situation and they helped. However, after the sale they are hard to get in contact with. I called the store and personal numbers all the time, and they hardly answer. It's like after the sale is done they don't care. I don't remember everyone's name because we worked with many people. Andrew is the one that showed us the cars and etc, he was a great car sales person. I don't remember the two finance people we worked worked with but I feel like they could've done a better job communicating. However I got a great car and they took my old one in no problem, so I'm not going to complain to much. I have gone to NWP in the past years ago, and they're still a great company.

I financed my first car with Ricks help! He made my experience smooth and fast. I even got a starbucks coffee thru the process! I will be back when i'm ready for the next one! Thank you NWP for all your help

We bought our son a car from this dealer . We have had it for six weeks and have taken it back in for a ongoing issues. After 2 attempts to get the car running right we took it to Firestone . Attached is a picture of oil inside a part of the engine that oil is not suppose to be in. The throttle body is attached to we're the oil is at. I'm being told the engine was overfilled by 1.5 quart of oil. The total estimate to repair this is in the thousands. There are tons of people who write reviews with very little facts to back up the negative comments . A picture tells it all.

Rick and Art worked hard to find us the best loan. Art took us around to 3 locations to make sure we got exactly what wanted and spent most of the day taking care of us . Rick was very genuine and very personable as well as professional, i will definitely be back to see Rick and Art in the future.

They are crooks. I've had nothing but expensive repairs since June when I bought. Just found out the car I bought had been wrecked 3 times and they told me it had never been in an accident! So far I've had to replace the timing belt, all 4 tires and wheel Rims, and there's a ticking noise that no one can figure out what it is and it started just days after I bought it. They bought my car from the auction and doubled the price then tacked a bunch of bs fees into the loan and wouldn't help me at all. They are crooks. I would avoid them, go to Archibalds instead.

Gicing 1 star because I do like the vehicle. sales person was nice until it came to discussing the price of vehicle. we had expressed prior to test drive it would need to be discussed as they were asking $4000 over what it blue booked for. After going back and fourth with sales man we said our final offer and he continued to try to push for over 15 minutes being rude as we continued to express we understood if that didn't work for them but it was our final offer. At that point there was yelling back and fourth and the finance mananger then came in saying our offer worked. They have had us send in our pay stub FOUR times! And continue to have different members call and text asking for it, we finally had to reach out directly with the bank to solve the issue. I would recommend this place. I love my car but am now wishing I would have just walked away so we wouldnt have to deal with them. It was also apart of the deal that they would fix the chip in windshield but that has been pushed off by them. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

BEWARE! This car lot sell s*** cars. My daughter bought a car from here. The car had no brakes, she paid $600 to put brakes on. She was told there is no warranty, yet after putting the brakes on they tell her she has a warranty. The car was sold to her for $16,000. Once the vin number was ran the blue book value is only $9,000 an trade in value is $7,000. They have had her car in their garage for 2 weeks now an can't figure out what is wrong, so they say. They say they will call you back an NEVER do. They told her they would give her a loaner yet never do. An on top of it she is pregnant and can pop an second. Art the manager is a liar an his word is as shitty as the cars on the lot. If you ever look at a car here make sure YOU run the vin number an see the blue book value. An has a mechanic that's NOT theirs check the car out before you sign anything. Only a true piece of s*** would sell a s*** car to a pregnant woman an then screw around an not help her. Be very cautious around them.
