“Absolutely recommend River City Towing. My car was in the shop last week and had a replacement cooling fan module installed. Today while picking up my son from school my engine started to overheat. I checked and my cooling fan was no longer running. Ron arrived quickly and was so helpful! He was supposed to tow me back to the shop but took the time to look at my engine and quickly realized the new part had came unplugged. As soon as it was plugged back in it worked. He then followed me from Pasco to the shop in Kennewick to make sure I made it safely with no problems. He let the shop know what the issue was and went on his way. I’m so thankful for his help. He put in the extra effort and figured out the problem. Amazing service!!!”

“I was stranded in hot farmland due to mechanical failure. After several hours of no luck with Roadside Assistance service that I had paid for, I took matters into my own hands. Second number I called was Rad. They had a truck to me in 45 minutes with a bottled water for me, since I had been in the hot sun without for many hours. Rad came through and I can’t recommend them enough. Top Notch!!Service: Car towing”
