Tim came today with our railings re-rubbered and new fitted cloth. He provided excellent service and with this being a table I inherited from my grandfather, this meant so much to myself and my family!! Definitely would recommend him for any future work!

The best place to get billiard supplies in the TriCities. We also found a fantastic antique pool table for our home which is the center piece of our family room. Their team set up the slate, leveled it, then put the whole pool table together. We were very pleased with the outcome.

This review isn't for an actual shopping experience, but a review of the customer service we witnessed. After yesterday's encounter I can say being a customer is something I'll never be here. We pulled in to the store's completely empty parking to blow up our paddle boards. A man came out of the store and asked us if we were going to be floating the river. After telling him we weren't going to be staying but a couple minutes and not parking there long, he told us to pack up and leave and pointed us to the public parking lot across the street and shooed us away like flies. No reasoning given. Didn't make any sense. We were just a couple of women trying to get our floats ready and not cause any trouble. To the passive aggressive grump with a "get off my lawn" attitude, I hope a dog takes a big ol p*** in your actual yard and you step in it barefoot.

Well, I'll tell you one thing - don't ever drive into this place looking for a good time! I was dropping off my girlfriend and her friends for a little river float and was going to spend some time in the 'ol Sure Shot while I waited. I pulled my truck, which contained more actual human beings in it than the Sure Shot itself, into the parking lot and began to unload the back to help the girls down to the river. No sooner as I had taken the inflatable Barbie car out of my truck, did the owner/manager come stomping out towards me. I could tell by the look of this guy, he wasn't heading my way to congratulate me on getting out of a truck with four bikini-clad women, nor was he going to compliment my girlfriend on her Barbie dream float. No, this man woke up and chose anger - passive aggressive anger at that. He began with a classic "out for a little river float today?" comment. I'm not sure what gave him this idea - was it the two paddle boards? Was it the three coolers? The bikinis? Maybe the lack of my own personal pool stick gave me away. I replied that yes, they were going for a little river float. Instead of wishing us well, he passively-aggressively stated "well you can do that over there" and pointed to the parking lot on the other side of the street. I could tell immediately, someone had hurt this man in the past. Was it the empty parking lot? The Biden Presidency? Free speech? Women's rights? It's hard to say, but this man's heart had been broken before. As my girlfriends friends started to talk, he interrupted us again and demanded we move along. Now, like I said earlier, I had planned to kill some time taking in all that this Shangri-La clearly had to offer inside. I could tell by the smell of his cigarette-drenched clothing, this was somewhere I'd be happy to be. Even though I desperately wanted to give my hard-earned American money to this man's establishment, which had all the allure and splendor of a truck stop restroom, he had left me no choice. His rude demeanor said it all - I was not, nor would I ever be, welcomed at the Sure Shot. I debated what the root cause was. My high school diploma? A full set of teeth? The air of common sense? I guess I'll just never know. But I do know one thing....I'd rather lay face down in the Yakima River drowning than give any of my paycheck to the Sure Shot. 0/10 would not go into that parking lot again. Plus that dude was a dick.

***UPDATE***We contacted them after their response to our review. They came out and redid the work. We were MUCH happier with it this time. The people are very nice. We had work done on a pool table. There's a rip in the felt near a bumper and the pockets are all different sizes. We sent an email with pictures asking for them to contact us to get this situation fixed and there's been no response. At first glance the table looks good. But when you look closer and play on it, you see how flawed the work was. Very disappointing.
