I know they will say they are only “doing their job” but it seems extremely fishy and underhanded to me that they tow my daughters car at 3 PM on a Friday when they are going to be closed in 2 hours (probably one after they get back) plus the next two days despite saying they are available 24 hours. My daughter called their after hours number on Saturday several times with zero response and answer and then was told when she claimed the vehicle she must have hit the wrong prompts but it likely “wouldn’t have mattered” because the after hours charge to come down would have been just as much. What about her medication and laptop she had in her car she left after getting off her graveyard shift as you towed her when she was asleep? Paid off for them though. $400 would have sucked but I admit she did illegally park even though she had parked in the same spot for 16 months and no one ever did anything until now, but they charged another three days of “storage” despite us getting the vehicle at 9 am Monday. My daughter paid for that full day, plus the weekend, and it runs her now $650, pretty much her entire weekly paycheck. I hope you feel good showing no mercy towards a 25 year old who has to work 2 jobs and 60 hours a week to try to get by in this world. That was a heartless move and pretty much nothing she can do about it.

They said they would arrive in 45 minutes and showed up in 10! We were beyond grateful, especially for a Sunday evening. Driver was friendly and fast. Would definitely recommend!

Wow! Talk about taking advantage of people. What a despicable human being/business. I called in the morning and was told x amount to unlock the vehicle. My husband wanted to try first to see if he could do it. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to, so I called back, but he raised the price the second time. I asked what happened to the price, didn't give me an answer, and just said, "Do you want it or not?" Not for that kind of person/business. I'd rather give my business somewhere else that's decent and have integrity.

RAD doesn't work on weekends or answer emails...an F U would have been something even. After working for a tow company in western Washington for a short time I'm shocked none of the area tow companies are open on weekends.

I was stranded in hot farmland due to mechanical failure. After several hours of no luck with Roadside Assistance service that I had paid for, I took matters into my own hands. Second number I called was Rad. They had a truck to me in 45 minutes with a bottled water for me, since I had been in the hot sun without for many hours. Rad came through and I can’t recommend them enough. Top Notch!!Service: Car towing

I had called this business to schedule an immediate tow because another tow company hasn’t showed up on the scheduled time. So I called these guys and in an instant they were able to send a truck over. Just as I ended the phone call with them, the original guy who was to tow my vehicle shows up! Great! Now I have to cancel! I quickly called and let them know about the situation and I was expecting an angry reaction. Instead I got told it was alright and it isn’t a problem! I was thanked for informing them in a timely manner. The least I could do is give you guys 5 stars! Great company and great prices. Thanks RAD towing of west Richland. You guys earned this review. I will be calling you guys next time I need a tow to thank you for letting me cancel at the last moment. God Bless.
