Lets get some positive reviews. call it what you want this place might have had some rough patches and whatnot but regardless I like how ownership is handling things now especially listening to costumers request of specific items and willing to switch things up A little. So while you're at it go try the peanut butter cream pies.

OK so I am on the road around the Try-Cities alot and I love Biscuits and gravy in the morning. They seem to be at most convenience stores Pit Stop does sell them. Unfortunately they have clue how they should be made. First they bring me a huge bowl of grave and only 2 biscuits. Then the cashier tells me $6+ dollars I almost choked. But like I said huge bowl So i paid the man easy twice what other charge. As soon as I picked up the bowl and the "gravy" slop around in the bowl I now this might be bad. So I went to my car and sure enough the soup they called gravy was gross. Tasted like it had been made with skim milk. It was sour and think as water the two small buscits Very soggy. Made properly the bowl of "gravy I was given could have tmbeen enough for 4-6 plates of buscits and gravy. IF it is think then you can cove the bottom 1/4" of the bowl and put your buscits on top they won't sink or get soggy. Next the price ihsvr gone back and discovered they have what might be the biggest matk up in all the state it was unreal. The store itself is ancient falling apart and very small but super packed there was no public bathrooms. I would say this is the worst rating I've ever given any business in the Tri-Cities oh also the cashier I believe he was the owner try to tell me his biscuits and gravy were very fresh but biscuits don't turn that soggy if they're fresh I would not suggest the store to anybody at this point unless you like throwing away a lot of money for overpriced stuff and possibly improperly cook food

Nice place, friendly employees and good selection. Owner is adding new items for his many customers and is a pleasure to interact with. To all of the 1 Star reviews complaining about a $0.35 to $0.50 transaction fee…..pay cash, no fee. The business gets charged this so it is passed along….and if you can’t afford a $0.35 to $0.50 transaction fee….you have bigger problems to worry about in life…..

since the new owners arrived things are not going well. 0.35 cents for each transaction after 4 or 5 times a day is about $ 547.5 dollars a year ?? what a way to lose customers. I will not return again, neither I nor my 4 formerly regular friends to pit stop. bye !!! ??

New owners, $0.35 charge for any card transactions regardless of how much you spend. They try to hide it by not providing receipts unless you ask for one and when they do it's just a total and not by line item. Only know about the charge because they BRIEFLY displayed a sign about it at the checkout.Shady practices. There are plenty of nearly identical stores within walking distance without anticonsumer practices.Staff is friendly, but no longer worth stopping here due to questionable decisions by ownership.

They normally accept EBT (SNAP food benefits through the State), but I've noticed there's been a sign on the door for well over 3 months now saying they aren't currently. When I asked about it, I was told their machine is down - I'm pretty sure I'm being generous saying 3 months, so this is going on the ridiculous side of timeframe!Their prices tend to be more on the pricey side as well. The staff are ALWAYS super friendly though!

I visited this mini mart this morning and was treated poorly. The attendant eventually even refused to sell me cigarettes because she didn't like my work van! I presented a punched out I'd that had just expired and current Washington state paper id I had gotten at the DOL to match. She looked outside at my van, looked at me, took the cigarettes out of my hand, gave me back both Ids, and then told me she had a right to refuse service. I visit this mini mart regularly; or Used to. I live in horn rapid and travel this way regularly. Very disappointing way to start the day.

This place is right down my street and it is very cool to see it improve! Besides the spendy prices and the dirty bathroom everything else is fine. When I say spendy I don't mean a lot of money, i mean more than Yokes or Walmart or such. All in all, this is my friendly neighborhood mini-market that has never failed me!

Nowadays a Mini mart is a Mini mart they all just about had the same things to offer. The one thing that can set them apart is customer service. I visit this store during the mornings and appreciate the manager Terry who seems to know all of his customers. He is so very attentive and gives everyone a smile wishing you a great day. I believe that they are going to have gas soon and that will be The complete package.
