Took a secured loan to pay off credit card at another bank well over a month ago. However my credit card account was never credited for the funds and the recieving bank is requesting an image of the check which GESA says they do not have. They are saying they cannot do anything because the check was cashed. So now I have a loan to pay for and a credit card. Both collecting interest and nobody is wanting to help. Never again will I do business with GESA, once they make the sale they dont care.

TEN OUT OF TEN! I needed assistance with an account question and team member Jenifer gave me a step by step way of doing things and was VERY helpful. I love Gesa and how nice everyone is. Their 24 hour 364 day a year number to call with any questions is above and beyond. Thank you Gesa!

The customer service at this location is very unprofessional and extremely discouraging. I was interested in opening an account I was treated like I didn't have money. Its rude and disrespectful. I am going to be telling all my friends and family to never come to Gesa Credit Union.

Terrible. I was originally with Inspirus and they were GREAT. Gesa is just terrible. Nothing is done right. One time, they took 20 DAYS to reflect my check on a payment to my HELOC. I also send messages online with some questions and if someone doesn't know the answer, it's IGNORED. How do I know this? I asked the exact same question again and had a simple question messaged. Simple one was answered, the real question I needed is still left without an answer. This was regarding a dispute. The local branch employees are still great, but their overall process can use a lot of work. Whoever is in charge of operation has not idea how logistics work to implement a procedure.

Been with GESA a long time. Overall services have been good but the West Richland branch seems understaffed at times. I have been driving to the Queensgate branch as seems to be more tellers. I will say though the West Richland drive-up has been quick and moves folks right along.

The drive thru at the West Richland location is so slow. Often I sit waiting for a person to show in the drive thru for 5 or more minutes. With drive thru the only option right now (covid) they really should have all hands on deck in the drive thru!
