OK so I really wish I could give 1/2. If I could I would rate this convenience store 4 1/2 Stars. This store is always super clean. The staff is friendly and know there jobs well. Plus this store is large for a convenience store. Thus it has maybe the best selection of merchandise of any i have been in. To top off all the positives they have a hand washing station out side at there gas pumps. Oh yeah they have plenty of pumps for gas. A pay air pump and a car wash. Now to get 5 stars means perfection thus almost impossible to get. The fountain drinks as with everything else is fair. How ever they are watered down more then I like. The only other complaint I have is the bathrooms have graffiti and the baby changing station had the C removed from the name thus it says baby hanging station has been it seems they don't they do not seem to they and remove it also they seem kinda old but I admit that is a little picky.All that said this storebis in my opinion one of the best in town. Well it is on the out skirts of west Richland and Richland.

Well, until I read the reviews, I wasn't going to say much about this Melissa... I found her very rude also. could be personal issues going on Who knows, but I'm sure management /owner will address this issue If it hasn't already been addressed, I have walked in and walked out when I seen she was working the counter when she's not working I pick up a couple of things on my way home. I don't feel the store should get a totally negative review for one individual. I'm sure owner manager did not expect this when she got hired.

Melissa- who works “1 day a week”here at this gas station is terrible! She’s angry at the world and also thinks her s@$& don’t stink. First I went in and asked if they had any left of an item I needed. She flipped out for me even asking. Then did the same thing when my husband came in behind me to grab a quart of oil. She literally rolled her eyes at us for even asking…. I’ll never go back BANNED!

The woman who faithfully works there is always friendly and helpful! They have hot food, beverages, ice, gas and smoke shop products. Clean facilities!

Will hang up on you if you try to call for information. Very rude staff. I tried to call for a simple request to get ahold of the owner, and was repeatedly hung up on. Was told to call another store which treated me worse! Awful, dirty, place that is run down and looks awful.
