“I would highly recommend the West Richland shop to anyone, especially seniors and women. The staff is fast friendly, and professional, with the bonus of a ride service. I called around looking for someone to investigate the check engine light illuminating from the dash of my Volkswagen and what a lucky break to have found this shop. They were able to get me in, diagnose and repair my car with days. A far cry from the one month lead time the dealership gave me to just look at it.”

“Contacted Clusterfix back in November to fix my wifes 2008 Sebring. They have a specific fix for these EL backlight clusters because they unfortunately are notorious for failing. And I did not have the equipment to make the fix, so I found these guys online that offered the service. I got the cluster back in less than 2 weeks I live on East coast and they are on West Coast, and I didnt opt for any quick shipping options, so I'd so the turn around time was excellent!

I did have an issue at first where my cluster started flickering again shortly after I reinstalled. I reached out and their support was very helpful and offered to have it shipped back at no cost to me to have it looked at again. However, that wasn't necessary, as it fixed itself! My assumption is since my car was sitting for that time, I didn't have it on a battery tether and it was getting cold outside. Their support did say the upgrade and cluster needs to have proper voltage to operate properly, and sure enough after another couple days of driving (and the battery charging back up), the cluster has been flawless! We are so happy to be able to see at night, and their support offer if I did have problems would have been top notch! I definitely recommend using them, and especially if it's a Mopar using this type of backlight.”
