Take your money elsewhere! Even after purchasing 3 bikes and supporting our local business; no attempt or desire was made to match prices on our most recent purchase. WAY cheaper (even with gas) to go out of town. Definitely shop around if you want to save money!

We arrived, as it turns out, after hours on a Saturday afternoon. (The listing on the KTM website is incorrect: they close at 4 PM on Saturday.) However, someone came to the door anyway and asked what we needed. I was looking for a replacement bulb for my headlight. He said come on in. Kody at the parts desk was incredibly helpful, even though we couldn't solve my burnt out bulb issue. Recommended: Recognizing the need for travellers passing through is great service. Thank you for accommodating us.

Super helpful and went over and above to help us with some rattling that I was having after a few days on the WaBDR.

Randy was awesome to work with. We were well taken care and they even delivered the units to my cabin quickly which was 5 stars. Would purchase there again.

I am giving them two stars because they were willing to take a bike in that was older than 2012 and supposedly had a carburetor issue and they did not hang up on me when I approached them with my point of view. This is out of the norm for me to leave any review but I think it is worthwhile for a potential customer to at least read my experience. I am not saying Wenatchee Powersports is a bad company. This is just what happened. I purchased a 250 four stroke from a friend that just had a complete head job and supposedly new piston rings and timing chain. It also had a lectron carb that I was struggling to get dialed in. WPS agreed to look at the carb. They have a minimum one hour charge, which I understand. If possible I, as a customer, would hope to at least get my hour in full if possible. Before even looking at the carb, they did a compression test, which it failed. They informed me that I had a piston Cylinder issue even after I question if they had checked the valve clearance. If you have done any bike mechanic work and already have the tank off in order to get to the spark plug to do a compression test you know that head covers take one minute to remove. Also head covers do not mean disassembling anything internally in the motor. these valves are so easy to check. I ended up ordering a new cylinder and piston and decided to do the swap myself. I made this decision because, according to their mechanic that worked on the bike and the manager, there is no way that a compression test and leak down test would fail if a valve was stuck open. Before digging into it, I popped the cover off and checked the valves, which took me 5 minutes from start to finish. The exhaust valves were right in spec, but the intake valves were so tight that I could not get a feeler gauge of any size underneath them which means that they were keeping the valves open no matter what rotation position the cam was in. I reshimmed the intake valves and the bike runs like a champ. Plenty of power, starts so easy, and runs smooth. Plenty of compression. Here’s where I went wrong. 1. I trusted that the valves were not an issue based on my friends description in the limited amount of hours since the valves were replaced. My second mistake was trusting that a professional shop would know that tight valves would cause both compression and leak down tests to fail. I am thankful that it was a simple fix, and the lectron carb was not the issue. When I informed WPS of what the bike was now doing they continued to say that pulling the cover was against policy because the bike was older than 2012 even though when I questioned them when they still had the bike they made it sound like they could’ve checked the valves, but the bike was already put back together with a diagnosis of bad cylinder or piston and they were not going to tear into the motor. Here’s where we disagree. 1. I did not get an hours worth of work and that 15 minutes or an hour are the same once you have only taken one step in diagnosing the problem. 2. Removing two bolts and pulling an inspection cover off, is not tearing into the motor. 3. Their view of policy is more black-and-white than mine. 4. Checking valve clearance is so simple, especially on this bike, but policy kept them from taking the most simplest of steps to give the customer an accurate diagnosis.
So the question now rests with you the reader, …who do you agree with when it comes to your machine that is being worked on and your money that you’re paying?

Every time I've walked into this place I find the staff discourteous, uninterested, and uninformed. I wouldn't go back except they're the only Yamaha and KTM dealer in town.

Recently had Wenatchee Powersports take care of repairs to my Polaris side-by-side and perform some routine maintenance. They went above and beyond with their service and will continue to have me as a loyal customer. Thanks!

A very sincere thank you goes out to the team at Wenatchee Powersports! I had a factory issue on a brand new bike that was going to prevent me from enjoying the only sunny day in the past few months, not only did the team jump in to short source the new part, they even arranged for an after hours pickup. This is the kind of care and dedication that you can only find in a small town local dealership. I will not hesitate to head down there for my next purchase, because I know they will not rest until they know that their customer is satisfied.

I recently bought a new Polaris snowmobile from Wenatchee Powersports. It was a Snowcheck order from the factory. With the limited supply since the pandemic the dealer allocations have been limited, and my type of sled was not originally offered. But General Manager, Randy Sage, worked hard with the factory rep and eventually made it happen. I called dealers all over the NW to order this sled, and they all told me they had no options to order my type of sled. But Randy got me a sled. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Wenatchee Powersports to anyone looking for great customer service.
