Website available for online refill requests. Drive through available for Rx pickup. Refills available same day or next day. There are busy hours for the drive through so check the website for those if you don't have 10 minutes to wait in line in your car.

I typically don’t have issues with this pharmacy. However, the middle aged brunette pharmacist (glasses, hair a little past the shoulders) was absolutely awful to me yesterday over cough syrup. Apparently she believes she’s more qualified than my doctor, or myself as an RN for 22 years, regarding appropriate treatment for acute pneumonia-related symptoms - including a persistent cough. She was ready to die on the hill that codeine cough syrup is no longer an accepted practice of care, nor would the pharmacy order it for any patient. While I support the need for discernment over controlled substances by a pharmacist, a quick glance at my prescription hx clearly shows no controlled substances for years. She was rude, patronizing, and disrespectful to the medical community I’m proud to be a part of. Perhaps try not pissing off the nurses in the same building you work in - I have made a point to share this experience with all my coworkers, and they knew exactly who I was referring to. The rest of the staff is awesome, to be very clear! Fred Meyer was happy to fill said cough syrup and not treat me like a drug seeker. Do better WVP!

Excellent service!! I changed to this Pharmacy after being completely frustrated with others in the valley. It was always either out of stocks or rude, grumpy employees....or BOTH!! I have never had those issues here. In fact, they are always lovely and acomdating. And never been out of stock. If you are frustrated elsewhere I strongly suggest to switch to this Pharmacy!!

I normally do not have a problem with this pharmacy, and they're really quick with filling my RXes, but this last time it was not good. They overfilled my prescription bottle as when I opened it up a whole handful fell to the ground and I ended up losing 7 pills, 4 of them fell in water so they weren't even salvageable 3 started to disintegrate but we're able to be saved enough. I feel like they needed to put these pills in a bigger bottle and not try to stuff 90 pills inside that small bottle. It could have been a lot worse but I hope they will be more mindful in the future. I'm going to including photos to show you what my bottle looked like upon opening.

Good pharmacy but the call in prescription system sucks. It tells me that it's invalid number then reads off number 1 that you press to have a prescription filled before the number on prescription. No my numbers are not wrong that I typed in. To leave a message is too short of window/ opportunity to leave message.
