I really like the online refill request. I have never had an issue although I don't like how they don't take good rx coupons. Also the wait sometimes is long, I think some people DO NOT call in ahead of time & that is what backs it up. Its in an awkward spot, with not enough space for too many cars.

Website available for online refill requests. Drive through available for Rx pickup. Refills available same day or next day. There are busy hours for the drive through so check the website for those if you don't have 10 minutes to wait in line in your car.
