My car was hit while parked outside my job. Allstate was the insurance of the driver that backed into my car. Apparently they only work with this body shop, and honestly after the service I had I plan to go back if ever needed and refer them to everyone. I appreciate how upfront they were with timelines being long and how busy and booked they were, but they beat their own timelines!
They had to cut out and weld on a new rear driver side quarter panel, replace the bumper and painting. They didn’t think they would fit me in till end of July or August, called me the first week of July to drop off on the 8th. Said it could take 2-3 weeks maybe more depending on what they found once things were taken apart. While it did almost take the full 3 weeks (just shy by 3 days), the car looks perfect. They got it back to me on Friday for the weekend. It’s cleaned and you can’t even tell there was ever any damage.
The staff were all nice and helpful. Called me back with updates and called me early enough in the day to arrange a ride to pick it up easily. Just a great experience all around and so glad to have my car back and looking just as good as the day I bought it.

Showed up for my 11 am appointment 10 minutes early only to be told I didn't have one. Was also told I could not have made the appointment online even though I did. They don't take appointments for estimates. They were fixated in getting the name of my insurer even after I told them there would be no claim. Ten minutes after being turned away I got a text reminder of the appointment confirming that address and time. If you lose my appointment I'm certainly not going to leave my car with you overnight.

Customer service is rude the guy who works there was rude they are dispicable and really need to understand the customer side of things when they ask about a warranty from a brand new 50,000k car plus we trusting them with this and to get push back is awful. -1 star cause one star is way to many plus has a reservation i forgot to cancel cays it was a week later and now one week later car looks great and asked about warrantry and they were bayou to explain THANKS CALIBER COLLISION

Went to get my car fixed and asked about a warrenty and to her my old part for one piece and left the business later that day they said they won't take my car his pathetic must have hurt their feelings but to turn over a 50k car and not ask question is stupid. Anyway i grabbed my car didn't ask why won't you do it. Very unprofessional rude and pathetic. I wish i could give them 0 starts cause one is two to many

Took my car for a quote, everyone was very kind and helpful. Price was the best of 5 others I had gotten and their time to do repair was the best. Scheduled my repair, drop off went smooth, I was kept informed, unfortunately had a delay due to needing some additional parts, when I got the car back I was very impressed, looked great, they even touched up some problems areas in the general vicinity of the damage. Will definitely recommend and be back if needed!

I brought my truck here after a run in with a guard rail and was felt like they were good at first even though it took almost 3 months to get my bumper and headlight fixed but when I picked up my truck there were scratches on the truck that were not present in the photos I took from the accident. They touched up the paint without taking responsibility for the scratches and used the wrong color. The next day on my drive to work parts fell off and they claimed it was just the mechanic’s flashlight. My antenna went missing at the shop as well. When I tried to address the wrong color touch up they had done they refused to fix their mistake. I’ve had multiple pieces of the repaired area become loose or fall off from highway driving. I will never be going back to this shop or the detailing business they put a card for in my cab.Service: Paint repair
