Poor customer service. I asked the attendant for help to use my card or cash for self service. He advised the machine was fine and walked away.

Usually, the automatic machine works, but today, it basically swallowed my mom's money, she is really upset because we really don't have money right now, maybe the machine is broken? Please do something because she is REALLY sad. May God bless you all ??.

Honestly, one of the best car washes in town, not only does a clean your car very good, but the customer service is great. Sal always goes above and beyond too help his customers.

I just moved back from Spokane and first thing my car needed was a good wash. Had a ton of bugs on my windshield and this place got rid of them all so well. An employee that works there by the name Sal or Salvador I believe, gave me a good recommendation on what wash to get. The monthly packages are a great deal for summer too. This will definitely be the car wash I go to!

Took my car in last Saturday as my car was just filthy some might say dirt nasty, upon arrival I was pretty amazed at how clean and organized the facility as well as the workers were. There was an employee named Salvador that came and greeted me asking if I knew how the process worked and just needed help in general. He told me about monthly plans and was impressed at how good he knew the business amd hos products. He was a friendly and helpful man and I had a good time just getting my car clean. Will come again to AutoSpa and give them my business. Just wish there was an AutoSpa closer to my home!

Absolutely love this Auto Spa location!! The Staff is so friendly, service was fast and my car looks amazing!! I sat in line to get my wash and ended up getting a free $18 wash!! Thanks guys!! Appreciate you so much!!

I have had an autospa membership for quite some time now, I love it! Im looking forward to the new East wenatchee location.
I hope the owner sees this review because Sal at Easy street goes above and beyond the standard customer service expectation.
I was there the other day and asked about the coffee shop next door. We had a small chat about the kind of drinks we each order. Sal pre-washed my car and handed me the wet wipe and dry towel and I went on with my car wash. Well, when I exited the wash Sal flagged me down and brought me the drink told him I normally order!! I was in shock at the fact that he remembered my somewhat complicated order and even more shocked that he bought me a coffee and sent me on my way with a huge smile!
Thanks to Sal you have a forever customer and someone who will ALWAYS refer AutoSpa!
