Customer service department is slower than watching paint dry. Line out the front . 3 cashiers with only 1 working. Older guy was trying to brag to another worker about his experience as a manager. She won’t say it but i will, leave that girl alone and get back to work Jesus.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. A white old hag will racially profile you and follow you around the store if you aren’t white, simply put. My experience in the outdoor plant area was out of this world. My husband and I were perusing the outdoor plant section with a cart and she follows us around the entire time, never not watching us and then brings out her white male coworker to engage in her antics with her. As we get the items we need, we walk back inside the store and I hear her say, “these are the kinds of people you’d ask to check their receipt.” Implying we are likely to steal. Lol, how do you expect me to steal bags of soil? This is obviously racial profiling. We decided to go back outside to get more items and there she is again with her white male coworker having hawk eyes on us. As I bring my phone out to record them, they suddenly disappear. As we walk back in her eyes are zeroed in on our cart to decipher if we had stolen anything. I would avoid this Walmart if you’re not white, simply put. The only reason I’d go back is to make her life harder and to mess with her like the troll she is. She seems like a sad old woman who has nothing better to do, so if you ever read this, you know who you are and remember that what goes around, comes around.

Please BEWARE- this location has been hit by the scammers. The gift cards on the shelf to purchase may or may not have the funds that you paid Walmart on it to use at a later date. $25-$500- doesn't matter. This is a known issue, and they have a process in place. You will show them that you purchased it, paid for it, and never visited the location, states away, when the funds were removed from the card. After an 8 minute investigation, they will email you and say- we are unable to recover the funds, nothing more we can do, we are sorry this happened. Then you will spend hours trying to talk to someone and get transferred 10 times to be told that the answer is not going to change. So, if you are looking to give a gift or help someone, the gift cards may be compromised. Get the merchandise instead. At least they can exchange or refund for what they want. Helping others to avoid the frustrating situation I'm in. Planning a welcome home party for my active duty Soldier- here's a party for you ( minus the food & decorations) Walmart says they're sorry.

Busiest walmart I've ever been to, stay away from Wenatchee walmart if at all possible, the in and out is not made for vehicles Towing or oversized. It was hectic in the parking lot for sure!!!!!

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would but unfortunately a 1 star is all I could give. I tried to return an item that had been opened prior to me purchasing it which I didn’t realize until I went into my car. Not even 5 minutes after I bought it I attempted to return it and I encountered racial prejudice. The lady that attended me questioned me in a matter that made me uncomfortable and mentioned she wasn’t sure she could believe me with a snarky attitude. I brought everything I needed to return this item or possibly switch it out but was met with someone who racially profiled me.

Not shopping here at all anymore self check out guy was rude, insinuating that we put a mark down sticker on a toy for me son witch we didn't. We than forgot to pay for our water we were asked at the door before even showing receipt and I remembered we didn't so my wife went back to pay for it than the tall skinny kid tries saying that if their was anything else we trying to steal and than tries arguing with her acting like a child. We work way to hard to make our hard earned money to be disrespected that way and I don't plan on coming back.

Getting way to high in price for everything. Walmart, you need to check yourself, you are NOT target, and your groceries are not quality enough to have safeway prices.
Especially the produce, its usually disgusting and I have to throw it out the day it gets home. (I do grocery pickup). Also finding that great value brand has been changing ingredients and putting in cheaper harmful chemicals.
Every single time I get a pick up order, my items are substituted by something MORE expensive, even when I've chosen what I'd want it replaced with. If you don't have the products I'm asking for, it should say out of stock. I think they don't mark it out of stock just so they can substitute for more expensive items. And its not the employees fault, they have to use whatever the computer tells them to use. Nice con its seems they're running. I have started rejecting the substitutions and that's a hassle, I have to run to another store for odds and ends. I'm about to stop using Walmart all together its been so bad lately. I shop here to save money but can barely do that anymore. Greedy corporation shifty products.

We needed a pump for floats and the Walmart came on time. This was our first visit and it is quite clean, well organized shelves with good customer service.

I called Wenatchee Walmart because online said they had only one certain patio set, and they so I called just to make sure that they did indeed have the patio set in stock, gave the girl the name of the set she said they had 2 in stock I then asked her if she could hold one for me since we would be on our way there to grab it I’m an hour and 15 mins away and I wanted to be sure that they had them in stock and I wouldn’t be making a trip for no reason and she told me no they couldn’t hold it because it’s against their policy but that they had 2 and I should be fine. So we head up to Wenatchee and they said they have none in stock and there was nothing they could do even tho their little “phones” said they have 2 in stock they had 0. I really think these people should not go off of their phone inventories and quit being lazy and walk to DOUBLE CHECK.

The people in the electronics department are clueless and on their phones when customers are asking for help. The younger woman behind the electronics counter on 06/29 at 3 pm watched someone sell us the wrong phone case after we had them clarify multiple times it was for the correct phone. Nope. Definitely wasn’t. Then when we asked for assistance she couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone. Great job Walmart!
