Its seriously wild how long this visit is taking. It seems like nothing is actually happening. Just a bunch of guys running around in athleasure vests with 3 phones in their hands.

We needed a new phone, and a few bits of help with an ipad. We’d tried 2 VZW stores on the west side, only to wait and wait and eventually walk out. This store had 4 people working, every one of them helping other customers, and still we were greeted quickly, and helped quickly when our turn came. And our service was the best I’ve had at a VZW store. Ivan was knowledgeable and friendly. This store has earned our business for life.

While my daughter was visiting my parents, her phone stopped charging and they took her here to help fix the problem. While at the store the employee that was helping them, decided to use her phone's warranty and have it replaced. It was a $50 charge and they wouldn't allow me to pay over the phone, so my parents covered it. No big deal. The replacement came quickly and we sent her phone back to Verizon per the instructions. We then received an email stating that because there was damage to the phone, the warranty was void and we were charged $300+ This is beyond frustrating because there was OBVIOUS damage which the employee was told about and saw first hand (there was no case on the phone). Had we went through the insurance (which the phone had) we would have still received a replacement but not had to pay the $300+ when we contacted Verizon about this, they informed us there was nothing they could do. I wish the employee would've been more forthcoming and honest or maybe knowledgeable so this didn't happen.

I would highly recommend the East Wenatchee Verizon store if you want quality service in a friendly, patient environment. Margo Hernandez provided exceptionally patient and professional expertise to my technical questions regarding a new email account. He took the time to explain the process and in an understandable way. He was not there for a quick sale and then "push you out the door, but instead provided the quality follow-up, what I believe is the "value-added" in strong customer service. I will be back to shop at the East Wenatchee Verizon store and will highly recommend it to others in the area. Thank you, Marco.

Horrible wait times. They used to have an employee where all said individual would is check people in. My last visit I waited for over 10 minutes and wasn't helped nor asked if I had been helped. I left and went to the east wenatchee Verizon and glad I did even though they only have a quarter of the staff I was in and out with great customer service. It seems the wenatchee side leans more towards quantity not quality.

Josh Waterhouse is one of the best employees at Verizon. Anytime I have an issue or a question. Josh goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. I have watched how Josh engages and interacts with other guests making sure each guest feels heard and seen and is ready to tackle the issue while having a positive attitude. I request Josh now every time I come into the store. It'll be a sad day if Verizon loses him. Give this boy a raise!
