tell me why if a package has no shipping label i can’t just go to the post office and get it. it goes to GEORGIA, then you have to file a claim and see if you can get it back… that’s just doing too much ? now ik why this post office has 2 stars

They can deliver regular mail and amazon packages just fine to my apartment complex except SOMETIMES they claim my amazon packages are "undeliverable, address incomplete." How is my address incomplete when the day they can't deliver my packages they deliver my regular mail? How much sense does that make?

Drove an hour for a passport appointment but got stuck in the terrible Friday traffic outside the office. Arrived 3 minutes late and was told to pound sand. I guess I'll be going somewhere else next time, because this place is trash

My address was deemed undeliverable because I had moved??? Really?? No forwarding address......hmmm never did move, they sent back ALL of my mail, delivered other people's mail who do not live there!!!! They have fixed MY address, but now are delivering OTHERS mail as well. They will NEVER get it together......

I avoid using USPS in Wenatchee at all costs. UPS and FedEx are much more reliable and their customer service is much more better than Wenatchee USPS. I cringe with chagrin whenever I see one of my packages is coming via USPS. Wenatchee USPS is absolutely awful. I cannot recommend enough that you avoid using USPS in Wenatchee and the greater Wenatchee area.
