Ran in to the Wenatchee Mission St branch to get a roll of quarters. Teller informed me “We don’t normally do things like this for non-customers but I will just thus one time.” (I don’t live here and my bank is not in this area.) I thought this was very rude, and I won’t consider becoming their customer!

Very poor returning calls when they said they would. Stayed home all morning because bank manager said she would call this morning
