I had a power cable shipped from Wenatchee to Spokane. Instead of keeping the cable in its brought-in condition of being neatly wrapped and not kinked, they completely unwrapped the cable, improperly re-wrapped it in the smallest coil that they could, and shoved it in the smallest box available causing the cable to kink and come out of the box completely altered. And now the store is giving me the run-around when all i want is a refund. Real top notch service and care of other peoples items. I will never be using UPS again. ??

I had a P.O. Box at this location a few years back. The service was always good, my packages were never damaged, and my mail was delivered on time and correctly.

My husband took my Amazon return package to the wrong shipper. When he went back to retrieve it, the lady had already saw our label and took it to the correct shipper. Over and above the job requirements. There are nice people in this world and it is the day before Thanksgiving--town is crazy. Kudos!!!

There's rarely ever a line and I'm usually in and out rather quickly. The employees are friendly and efficient while meeting all of my shipping needs.

Will blame you when they tell you their email address wrong after repeating it back several times. Will charge you for services and then tell you they won't be offered on your next visit. Wouldn't return even if they did offer print service in future

Called the store asking for some help with a package and the guy on the phone said he doesn’t know much at all except how to track a package and that I could do that myself. Poor display of how this store functions.

They charged me $10 for an Amazon return today. Amazon returns are free, but they charged me $0.18 for printing the label, $2.00 of computer time to print the label that I emailed to them, and $6.99 for a 12x18x12 box. I never even used the computer, just emailed them the label.I wasn't going to argue when the line behind me was out the door, and the woman who charged me for this nonsense is pregnant.I reported the issue to Amazon, but doubt anything changes. I've been to countless UPS Stores and this is the only time I've ever been charged for an Amazon return. Absolutely insane. I can rationalize the label and the box even though it's unwarranted, but the 1 hour of computer time got me. Ridiculous.

I had a great customer service experience with this store today.I had a computer problem printing out a form and Jacky and Maxwent the extra mile to help me with a extremely busy lobby of customers. My go to office!
